Service was great! Steve moved the location for my washing machine hookup and plumbed my bathroom sink. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs:)

Queen plumbing was great to work with, were reasonable and knowledgeable. They worked as a team to come up with the best solution for addressing my water main valve issue and cleared a few annoyances at the same time. I would absolutely call them again.

Steven was very personable and prompt in helping with a minor plumbing problem. When I communicated the leak concern to other plumbing companies they were trying to charge us $3,000 but when Steven arrived from Queen to evaluate our problem he was able to get it resolved in under $800 and the day of. I definitely trust Queen Plumbing and would utilize again!

We contacted Queens Plumbing to help with fixing the toilet tank. I got a quick response from Steve for my service request, confirming he would drop by the next morning. He arrived early and fixed the problem. Not only didn't he charge us for the small fix, but also taught us how to fix the problem if it was to reoccur. Great service! Short story long, just yesterday I found out I had to replace my water heater. The next morning I had received a couple visits + quotes from other 5 star rated plumbers around Seattle. I was unimpressed with the lack of transparency especially when it came to asking about the vendors, one even tried to upsell me on both the new unit(s) and installations, they had nice ipads but gamesmanship and lack of communication wasn't 'modern' at all. Later that morning, I decided to reach out to Queen Plumbing and it went straight to his personal line. I briefly explained the situation and he was very responsive with requesting photos of the previous unit and the surrounding the area. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, and could start calling his contacts and vendors for replacements. He was very transparent with the details, and also gave a quote (range) over the phone; it was reasonable enough and I confirmed over the phone. What impressed me more was he was in between other service calls and made it work to fit me in. Steve and Casey were committed to getting my water back the same day they said, and were communicating through the whole process with thorough updates until they arrived. Their work was clean, comprehensive, came with the right equipment they needed and parts. Everything was finished within 2-3 hrs. After getting to know Steve and Casey a bit better, I found out that they have a lot of experience in mostly renovations, but Steve makes it a point to keep his bandwidth free for service calls from the community. Queen is definitely the contractors you want to go for Plumbing related issues. Reasonable pricing but they are transparent and responsive.

I contacted Queen Plumbing for help with a leaky shower into the ceiling below, after seeing good reviews from neighbors on NextDoor. Steve set an appointment for the next morning and although I am a bit outside their service area, Travis was communicative and showed on time. Within minutes he was able to determine the fix was much simpler than expected and with minimal cost to me. He also fixed a secondary issue in my 2nd bathroom I had been avoiding. Both problems solved quickly - such a relief. I so appreciate the honesty and transparency and definitely recommend them! Thanks guys
