I cannot recommend Seattle Drain Service enough! Bryce is trust-worthy and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to draining & the inner /underground workings of your property. He came over and explained to us why our basement was leaking, talked through potential solutions, and ensured we did not pay for anything we could do ourselves. His quote was the fairest we received, and he even encouraged us to talk to other businesses to see if we liked their ideas better. Alas, his was the most thoroughly thought-out plan and he fixed the connection between our out-spout & the sewage pipes beneath our house in a timely manner. Go with Bryce!!!

We have had a leak in our basement for a while and were expecting to have to have a major remodel to fix it. Bryce immediately diagnosed the problem as our downspouts not properly draining. This was not only a lot less intrusive of work but was also significantly cheaper than say a French drain. Once the bid was signed Bryce was extremely punctual and got the job done quickly. He was very communicative and explained any questions you had very well. I couldn’t recommend Bryce enough if you have any outside plumbing needs

Bryce at Seattle Drain Service is a rare find, with a combination of deep knowledge and efficiency. He created a complete storm drain system for our home that was logical, affordable and considerate of the property. We'd hired a couple "repair" people who accomplished basically nothing. I have had issues with dampness in two of my downstairs bedrooms for 20+ years. I was scared to call anyone because I was afraid it was going to cost a fortune. I’m so glad that I finally called Bryce at Seattle Drain Service. My drainage was a mess. Pipes were not connected properly or they weren’t functional. One was filled with hazelnuts. He knew a big storm was coming, so he got here early to get the job done in time. His prices are very fair and when he told me that he had an extra $100 in expenses, he would not let me pay for it. Very honest, good guy, who knows what he’s doing!!

Bryce was excellent helping us fix a clogged downspout inlet and we'll definitely use his services again. He was prompt, thoroughly answered my numerous questions, and tidy. Highly recommend!

I had a wet wall in the basement. I thought it was a simple problem. We tore out the wall. Water was coming in thru a pipe in the foundation. I called Bryce and said help. Bryce was a miracle worker. He had to dig down and find the pipes. The new and abandoned pipes were insane and interconnected. I had an abandoned pipe full of sand that the washing machine was running into. And had been for at least the 30 years I have owned the house. It took major detective work to find and clean out and grind roots and fix. Bryce is wonderful! He explained everything well and showed me the problems on camera. He got the work done quickly and it cost less than I had feared. I am very happy.

This company is reliable, hard working, get's the job down in a timely fashion. I highly recommend if you need this company's help get it you'll be glad you did .
