I am in an older home and have septic. Unfortunately I have had to use Trusted Plumbing and Heating on several occasions because of roots growing into my pipes. They have great customer service, always quick to come and great pricing. Thank you Trusted Plumbing and Heating! Especially thank you to Jim and Nathan! Great job guys!!

These folks reached out promptly, asked me questions to determine the extent of our situation and what solutions that I had tried, then sent a technician to correct our plumbing problem. There were complications with our old plumbing. The whole system was affected. We were able to clear the blockage but it took some time. All of the way through the plumber had a positive attitude and willingness to do what had to be done to fix our home. It s pretty unpleasant to have every end of your septic system open, both inside and outside the house. There were system design flaws that had to be corrected which hindered the process. Our plumber Grant was great and got it fixed

Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man "too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it?" Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...

They came out yesterday to install a brand new tankless water heater. The work was done in time, as discussed and on budget. Highly recommend it!
