Overall good experience with Zone 8. I appreciate the flat rate pricing for my pressure regulator change. Paul was friendly, capable and knowledgeable. There was a very minor seepage after the install and Paul came back out the next day to tighten things up and all is good.

We had the Zone 8 team over to fix a pinhole leak in one of our hot water lines. Ivan was great as usual (working with them the 3rd time) in getting his team out to come provide a quick quote. Joseph was quick and professional in getting the work done was helpful in explaining maintenance best practices. Highly recommend!

Joseph & Paul came out on short notice & helped us with an issue we were having with our pipes. They were able to identify the issue very quickly & gave us quotes for what it would be to permanently fix the issue. I'm very happy with the service we received today & we will be working with Zone 8 again in the future to permanently fix our pipes.

The tech, Paul,arrived approximately 8.45 a.m. While here, he performed cartridge cleaning at my bath room shower facucet. I am very pleased and impressed with his attitude and work ethic. He was extremely courteous and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly how to operate the faucets, turning on and off, and took time to explain how the materials work.
