Terry was very responsive in our email communications. He was helpful and gave me information on bidets. He installed two toilets with bidets and let me observe and ask questions. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

Terry and Jaden have twice helped me out on very short notice. The first time they replaced a water heater same day when the expansion tank failed and flooded my garage. The second time they replaced the fittings on my old gas line to hook up a new range. Really great guys.

Short notice, holiday approaching, and my 40yr old water heater sprung a leak. Called a plumber friend but he was busy. He recommended Jake the Plumber. I am glad I called. Jake (Terry) was here the next day with a new water heater. Not only that but he was able to get his electrician (Goat Electric) to do some needed upgrade that same day. Quality job and a fair price. What else can you ask for?

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommended!
