I had a great experience with Pipe Guys. We had a problem with a septic line that three other plumbers had looked at and provided other opinions. Dan and Dave came out and examined the site, came up with a thoughtful plan, and took time to answer questions. The quote for the work was reasonable. They completed the work on time and on budget. The project required significant hand digging beneath gravel walkways, which they replaced when finished. Highly recommend this team!

Outstanding! I needed a side sewer line replaced due to collapse, old concrete line. Dan and his team was what you should expect from a service company. They inspected, quoted and scheduled quickly, extremely responsive. The repaired even faster. Answered all my questions about the repair, what method they chose to use, and even explianed what pitfalls if not done correctly. Cost of services was excellent (obtained three different quotes from companies). Exteremely professional and did a fantastic job on the repair. If something were to happen again, I am calling them. I would recommend them to anyone needing sewer line work done.

The Pipe Guys successfully replaced the water line between the service meter and my house in less than a day. My water consumption has been reduced to less than a third of what it was previously. The challenging replacement was complicated by the roots of two trees and nearby services lines. Well done, Pipe Guys! Supercoop

I had the Pipe Guys repair the sewer line from my house to the street connection using the "burst" method. The crew was great and they did a fantastic job. They showed up exactly on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. This was not an inexpensive repair so it is a big decision. Just FYI please do yourself a favor and never call the plumbing company with the orange vans that say "we have a hart". If you do you may as well just hand over your wallet. I know this from personal experience. They are not good people and will be as dishonest as you allow them to be. On the other hand, Dan and his Pipe Guys crew will treat you with respect and give you a quality job.

A friend referred me to The Pipe Guys, I am glad she did. Those guys were responsive and quick, they were willing to look at the side sewer inspection documentation from another source and provide a rough estimate at no charge. They provided a tough but honest assessment of how soon the sewer should be replaced which is basically what I needed to hear. Not only that he educated me on various possibilities from the best to worst case scenario and the type of pipe I am dealing with. Dan will be getting my business in the near future. Follow up: They came out to replace the sewer, Dan and Kathy had been very supportive and straightforward throughout the whole process. Their employees (Aaron and Justice) were courteous and did hard work. I will definitely recommend their business to others.

In our experience, the Pipe Guys were unprofessional and did not communicate well, and it ultimately cost us more money on our project. The PipeGuys started work on the agreed-upon date in our contract, but before a permit to do the work was on file, so the City charged an early start fee. It was the responsibility of The Pipe Guys to make sure there is a permit on file before they started work. However, the Pipe Guys refused to take responsibility for starting work without a permit. We tried to solve the issue internally but got some pretty rude feedback from the owner, which included bringing up non-issues and deliberate mischaracterizations of the matter to distract from the fact that they started work without a permit. On the Pipe Guys actual work, they did an adequate job. BUT, if you expect to hire a company that both does quality work and is competent, ThePipe Guys may not be for you. If you do hire them, be prepared to have unclear (and even rude) communication and double (triple!) check anything they tell you with the City since they either do not know the regulations or don't consistently care to follow them and then put the onus on the homeowner.

Our office parking lot flooded in December 2019. The Pipe Guys sent out a jetter team the same day and got the drain working again. We have since survived the rainiest January in recent memory with no more flooding. Thanks, Pipe Guys, for excellent service!
