I had an excellent experience with Action Craft Plumbing! Sam, the technician, was fantastic—extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done perfectly. What impressed me even more was that Sam offered several preventative maintenance tips that other plumbers had never mentioned. It’s rare to find such top notch service in Spokane, but Sam at Action Craft Plumbing went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing qnd can handle time sensitive jobs. We are used to plumbers who don't show up till 10pm yet these guys were ready to go and get everything fixed first thing in the morning and know what they're talking about!

Sam and Pat were here on time, kind, friendly and low pressure. I was able to get an appointment right when I wanted it and everything was hassle free. They were even nice and quiet while my baby slept. Nothing but a positive experience!

We had a bathtub and shower remodel done in our home and Action Craft Experts were the plumbers who worked on our project. They were absolutely great! Because of older home we had some upsets but they came through in the end. Very polite and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend them!!!

Had them come out and rough in some drain lines before concrete. Toilets, shower, sinks, laundry drain, floor drain and misc. Everything went great. Passed inspection. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. Communication was amazing. Breanna was always calling and checking on everything. Highly recommend.
