Their expertise and timely assistance in locating and repairing my water line leak was invaluable. They demonstrated exceptional care in minimizing the excavation area and performed the repairs with remarkable skill. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Nathan was friendly, competent and professional. He fixed our plumbing problem and answered questions about other plumbing issues. He left the work area more spotless than he found it. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. I will use Action Drain in the future and ask for Nathan!

A couple weeks ago on a Saturday my family of 8 woke up to a drainage issue with our plumbing. I googled plumbing and saw you have good ratings so called the number and that was the start to turning a bad situation into an awesome experience. Started with your answering service. She listened and was empathetic to my situation she was pleasant and personable assuring me action would get me taken care of. Telling me a technician would call me within 15 minutes and if I did not hear from him to call her back. DJ Shater called right away. He listened to my issue and told me he would be here in about an hour assuring me he would get me taken care of. He also clearly explained the weekend rates so I wouldn't have any surprises. He called when he was on the way and arrived shortly after in a professional vehicle with necessary tools to do the job. He was clean and dressed with action uniform looking professional. He was kind and reassuring. He reviewed the possible charges and got to work explaining what he was doing. He solved the blockage quickly. He told me he could place me on an annual clean out schedule. Yes please. He has set that up. DJ was amazing. He was professional kind and empathetic. He is a great representative of your company. I will surely recommend your company to all my friends and family. All because of my great experience with DJ. Please let him know how much I appreciate his excellent customer service.

My mainline outside my house got clogged and everything blew out of the clean out (overflow) pipe. Called Action Drain& Plumbing and I had DJ at my door in less than an hour. He got his equipment and got it cleared out quick. I loved the fact that they were able to take care of my issue in such a short amount of time and we were free to continue with our day with no issue. If you want a fast response team and fair prices then this guy's are the way to go, I already have another job in mind for them but I'll wait till after the holidays.

I will never use anyone but DJ. He was honest, fair and I will never use another company as long as he works for it. I am surprised he is not in a management role by now with his level of knowledge and understanding. He told me everything about how my system works instantly in a clear.

Impeccable service today! After calling several companies this morning due to a backup at my business location They were at my store to fix my problem by 11:00 this morning after receiving my call at 9:30. They were fast efficient and the price is got to be my favorite part! Both of the gentlemen that came to my store today were extremely professional their customer service was impeccable. Not very many plumbing companies do commercial buildings so I found it very refreshing to work with the company who understood the needs that my business had today and how vitally important was that we got this problem solved. If you're looking for commercial work any kind of commercial plumbing work I would call these guys 100% recommend them everyday all day long Thank you gentleman for your assistance today I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it was to deal with both of you.

Sam and Steve were amazing! They were kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. I am also disabled and they were willing to work around my mobility issues by coming and going in and out with no worries.
