I Just Had Cougar Heating and Air Conditioning Come And Install A New Furnace. They were professional knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a estimate done one day and I excepted the estimate. Then the very next day and completed the work fast and with pride. The guys knew what they were doing. Excellent experience. A++++++ 5 stars hands down. Professionals every one of them👍

Great Experience Tyler Winkleman was a great guy. Got me exactly what I needed to keep my house comfortable for my whole family. They came out on a Friday and The heat pump was installed the next day. All around great experience would definitely recommend.

It was extremely refreshing to try a company new to me, for an impromptu service appointment, and find that the scheduling, service, service technician (James), pricing, and follow up were all awesome. I will be using Cougar for future projects, and I can highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Cougar Heating and Air Conditioning! Technician Donald came out to perform maintenance on both my furnace and central air system, and he was fantastic. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. My system is running great, and I appreciate the outstanding service. The price and quality can not be beat. Jacob was our technician and we couldn't have asked for better👍! He was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We were without heat for a few days in a really cold snap with temps in the teens overnight❄️. He did everything he could to get our pressure valve working and replaced as fast as possible. He was so worried we would be cold🥶 he drove 🚚around an hour and a half each way to get space heaters for us from the warehouse! 😊 We managed to stay nice and warm🔥 until our part came in thank to Jacob! I would definitely recommend Cougar Mechanical and Jacob!!

James arrived promptly at the confirmed appointment time and began explaining the work to be done. As he worked, he detailed what he was doing and why, frequently referring to manufacturers' specifications to ensure the measurements were within their guidelines. I was highly impressed with James's appearance, work ethic, and knowledge of the task at hand. He is by far the best technician I have had the pleasure of meeting. If James exemplifies the caliber of Cougars employees, I look forward to continuing business with them for any of my heating, air conditioning, and hot water needs.

We had our ac unit and furnace replaced in August of 2024 by cougar. Since then we have had to have them out once in October and now twice in December due to the furnace not working. Additionally they didn’t swap out the air filter when they installed the new furnace causing smoke to be blow out of all the vents when the heat was first turned on. $17k spent and they can’t replace an air filter and told me I had to buy that separate and have had to have them out 3 times now to have my heat working? I think for $17k I shouldn’t wake up without heat or be worried about waking up to no heat. They are coming back out today but possibly not until 4pm despite my home being cold with a child in the home and that they were literally here yesterday and “fixed” the issue. Additionally was told that this will be a more high efficient system and that my bill will drop in half. My bill has gone up 43% compared to last year for Avista due to high usage. So My 48 year old furnace that worked perfectly was more efficient then this brand new high efficient one??? I will adjust my review if this is resolved and I don’t have to call them to have heat multiple times in one week.

I've had some kind of interaction with quite a few people who work for this company over the past week, and they're all very friendly and professional. The guys who did the work at our house (installation of a water softener, insulation in the attic, and a furnace replacement) completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They had great communication about what they were doing and cared that we were happy with the work.
