Came here to ask questions about problems with a valve in a shower at our lake home. With just a picture and description of problems Jeff very quickly knew the parts and tools needed to do the repair and took a great deal of time describing the proper way to remove and install the new parts. I’m extremely happy with the knowledge given and the ability to get it fixed ourselves without trying to schedule a plumber Thanks!!

The level of customer service I've experienced at Ferguson's is rare and exceptional. As an owner/builder with ZERO plumbing experience, I'd been to several general and specialty plumbing supply stores before finding Ferguson, trying to make sure I was on the right track in my approach and materials for a water supply line. They ordered a major component I could not get anywhere locally and had it here overnight. Later, I went back for the other parts. I found that the sales associates have impressive expertise, know their inventory and beyond, understand the project, and aren't afraid to offer solutions. I had a complete, well-studied plan but was told at another place, "I can't tell you how to do it," when all I wanted to know was whether a fitting I planned to use was standard or not. I had an opposite experience with Ferguson Plumbing Supply--shout out to Cleveland. The associate patiently went through my entire plan with me, piece by piece, helped me simplify and improve several sections, got me the right fittings and materials, and even tutored me on how to install a few things. At one point, I showed him a clever component I'd found online but which they did not stock. He agreed it was a good solution for what I was doing, tapped a few keys in his vast suppliers database, and had it on order for me IN SECONDS. When I finally finished my research and placed the order, it was ready within an hour for will call pickup, tidily packed and complete. Now I wish I had more plumbing to do.

Britni in the showroom was amazing! I had a warranty issue with a American standard part and she reached out to the rep and got me the replacement part I needed. She was very professional and quick!

Sorry to say, but it's time to stop with the masking requirements of your potential customers. The CDC is already relaxing the rules, yet your front desk lady in the showroom said I had to have one on to go in. I told her most businesses don't say anything so I wasn't wearing one, but because Ferguson is such a large company, they are going to make me wear one. I obliged only because I didn't want to make a scene. I went next door to their parts and will call department. No issues there. Not going to spend the $18,000 for range and hood there and will go to Fred's instead. They don't tell me what to do.

We don’t carry what you’re asking for… took me about 13 second to find a single pex type check valve. Asked if they had more and the reply was “I didn’t know we even had that one.” Customer service was pretty poor, there are better choices for normal consumers.

Tradesman know. Ferguson has the right part, priced fair and likely in stock. The staff are sharp and know how maximize your time. Skip the big box stores, they have a tough job being half as good, half the time.

I went there once and purchased shower hardware. I called back twice during normal hours and no one answered the phone either time . Thought they went out of business.
