We had a backup and the first plumbing company we called wanted about 5x what is the standard for a rooter service. We relented and they spent 20 min attempting and then told us they couldn't access it and wanted another $600 for a new cleanout. We called Glenrose and they came out the next day and suggested that we take remove the toilet upstairs for access. The technician was in and out in an hour and made sure to cleanup. The price was very reasonable and I was thoroughly impressed with their service.

Quick and efficient service. Sean arrived earlier than promised and solved my plumbing problem which was complicated because of 100+ year old fixtures. Sean was friendly and careful and thorough. Reliable business to deal with!😄

Glenrose installed a new outside faucet last fall. We didn't use it until this spring, upon which it spewed water. Called Glenrose and they came back and installed a better faucet free of charge. Other businesses give you the go around. I appreciate them standing by their promise. I will use them again.

I called Glenrose Plunbing in April 2018 and needed a quote for a hot water tank replacement. I explained the situation completely, advising them that the heater was in a crawl space underneath my condo building. The person I spoke with said they would get back to me that day and I never heard back from him. It’s sad when someone is looking for help and needs to rely on a “professional” and they pick and choose jobs and don’t give basic respect and kindness. During this time I called multiple plumbers. Few came out and quoted me outrageous amounts to replace the water heater, as high as $2400. After a month of calling different plumbers I found Roe Plumbing who came out and assessed the problem as an element issue. He crawled under the building, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable rate. It’s disappointing when “professionals” only take money into consideration when building a reputation is key to doing good business. Glenrose left me hanging. I waited a week for them to call me before moving on, all while having no hot water. 😕

Larry showed up on time and was professional. I explained the situation of my water heater needed to be hooked up, showed him where it was, and he quoted me shortly after. I was excited to get the water on and heated before work today. I was amazed that he finished so quickly (I mean really really fast). I asked him to take a picture of the work he’d done in the crawl space and after inspection I could see exactly what had been done. If all 4 of the journeyman working for Glenrose are as professional as Larry then you will be in good hands. Pricing was competitive as well, which was very important to me as a business owner. Thank you Glenrose and Larry, you made my whole week!

Beware, I used to trust this business and it came with high recommendation--it is no longer true. I recently called them for repair to my tankless hot water heater. They wanted to charge me $1,279 for a repair that I decided to do myself. It cost me $56 and THE ONLY TOOLS I NEEDED WAS A PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER AND IT TOOK ME 10 MINUTES being a novice. The estimator had to talk with his supervisor and his supervisor is the one that instructed him to give that bid or offer to replace my tankless hot water heater with one of theirs for $4,000. All I would like is good honest service. I understand there's overhead cost for businesses but at half of that bid they still would have made money for 10 minutes of Labor. To offer up somebody a $4,000 repair when they know good and well they do not need it is not at all trustworthy or ethical.

Called them to get a quote on pipe repair at the Facility I operate, liked the quote (comaprible to the other quote I received) contracted them for the job. When the job became more extensive than originally thought, they kept me fully informed of the process and kept the price as minimal as possible, they did outstanding work, extremely professional employees and owner is exceptional. From initial contact to job completion I could not be happier with their customer service and work. Thank you Glenrose Plumbing

We had a Toilet disaster yesterday at our home. We have been dealing with a clogged up and flooding toilet for almost three years. Every plumber that comes into our house augers the toilet, chargers us and leaves. I called Glenrose Plumbing yesterday and a very nice young man came out and assessed our situation and then called his co-worker’s to explain our situation. He then had another co-worker come out and assess our situation who suggested that we needed a new toilet. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with these plumbers and this company. The plumbers are more than polite and professional. I will never call another plumbing company again. They have earned my business.
