Professional Piping Inc. installed a boiler unit for heating my radiant floors and the water in the house. It works great! The unit was able to combine the water boiler and the radiant floor furnace and pump all into one. It gave me so much more room in the utility area. It has been over a year since they installed the unit and its still working phenomenally! Not only do I feel like I got a great product, I also was treated kindly and respectfully. I was that annoying customer asking tons of questions and was watching as they did the whole project because I wanted to learn. I definitely will be using them in the future and would recommend Professional Piping Inc. to anyone!

I've been using Professional Piping for years for both home and business needs. And they have taken care of whatever I need efficiently, fairly, and with a consistently positive attitude. Recently, Nate, one of their plumbers had to take care of a challenging job at our business. He took it on with such dedication and drive. I literally could not be more impressed by his approach, expertise, and diligence on doing whatever it took to get the problem resolved with as little disruption to my business as possible. Pro Piping just continues to have the best of the best in their company. On another occasion, I had a fellow local business owner with a mission critical plumbing issue that shut down their business during the holidays, when they needed to be open the most. It also was an extraordinarily challenging and time-consuming issue as undergrown pipe failed under the business to the city sewer. They could not operate until it was fixed. Even though it was the weekend, the owner himself coordinated immediate emergency service and minimized the downtime of this new small business owner. The level of gratitude she has, and the way he was able to help her in her time of need is part of why they will always be my plumbing company of choice. I truly believe you could do not better for your commercial or home needs that these guys!

I worked for professional piping. And I can’t say enough good things about the owner Whit. he is a good Christian man who truly cares for his workers as well as his customers. With his kind nature, he only attracts good people with strong morals. Whether it be Nate in service or the dozen guys in commercial. You can count on professional piping to provide honest and quality work.

I’ve had Pro Piping do numerous jobs from large boiler replacements to minor toilet swap outs, and they are always top notch. Very professional, courteous, and most importantly, honest.

Very impressed! Excellent Service and Prompt! Nate was our Plumber and was competent, professional, and very communicative in what he we doing to fix our problem. We had an emergency at our rental and needed a Plumber ASAP. We called a company that we really like, but due to other emergencies was running hours behind. Our restoration company said and after 4pm said I can have a plumber out there in about an hour hour and he was there just after 5pm and stayed there fixing the problem and getting the water turned back on. We were so grateful! The next day I had additional questions and Nate answered them promptly being patient with a plumbing explanation as my husband didn't understand from me the first time. LOL. Nate also worked through my invoice questions going above and beyond! Thank you Nate and Professional Piping!
