Roe Backflow Testing

Bill Roe is professional, reasonably priced and I recommend him 100% for backflow testing! Great communication. Five plus stars!!

Bill was referred by my sprinkler service provider and I am very pleased. I had a backflow system installed which needed to be certified. I called, but could not leave a message since the mailbox was full. I took a chance that it was a cell # and sent him a text. He replied that he had a cancellation and could be there within a few hours. He got there, did the testing and sent certification to LLSWD. Reasonable price, great service and very personable fellow. I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Bill performed my backflow testing, and I highly recommend him due to his knowledge, his friendly and timely service, and competitive rate.

Addressing the only review I got with just the one star, that woman worked for SHA. Her building (apts) is downtown between 2nd & 3rd on the west part of town where there are numerous bums and thieves loitering around all the time. I wasn't about to park my car, which has expensive tools in it while I'm working, two blocks away when there was a wide open space right in front of the building I could have parked for only 20 minutes but she wouldn't have that as that is where their garbage cans sit, but it wasn't a garbage day. All she could say was "it's not a regular parking space". So I wasn't going to argue with her as it was ridiculous how she carried on about it. I just left as I had too much work to try and get done instead of wasting time listening to her yakking... I own this business and wanted to clear up some things she conveniently left out. FYI, I no longer offer my service to SHA as they have too many confused people there in their system.

I am so impressed with how quickly he was able to help me and figured out that the quoted repair from another company wasn’t actually needed. He will be getting my business from now on and I’m going to recommend him to everyone I know.

Bill showed up and couldn't find parking right in front of my building. He said he was not parking a block away and got in his car and left. Extremely rude and unprofessional! If you have city deadlines to meet, I would not use this company.

A great backflow tester. He is very kind and has one of the better rates in town for testing. Very friendly.

Showed up when they said they would. My back flow is in an awkward position and they still perform the check without complaint or attitude. I will use them again next year.
