I have used Shaw for a couple of small plumbing repairs and my experiences were so positive that they were the only company I considered when I needed my sewer line replaced (Trenchless Cure-in-Place Piping). The entire process from quote to scheduling to coordination through to project completion was seamless. What I think really stands out about Shaw is the people. All of their team members have been so friendly and informative. I'm grateful to have a go-to company that I trust.

I am so grateful for the services received from Shaw Trenchless. I had gotten a quote for a sewer line repair during the inspection process of purchasing my home. Their quote was less than competitors. I put off the repair for 6 months and as a result my pipe became entirely blocked and couldn't be cleared by another local company. I called Shaw up on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in the very next week and honored the previous quote and didn't charge extra to clear the pipe and to put in an outside access sewer clean out which my house needed. Their process relieved my anxiety. They answered all my questions and were able to complete the work while I was at work. They had to remove my fence to get access and they put everything back with care. Communication was great and I would recommend their services to my family and friends. The price was right and I am grateful to have a quality repair. Sewer issues are stressful but the Shaw Trenchless team made a tough issue simple and treated me with integrity. Thank you!

These guys are great! They replaced our sewage line in 2 days that went under a gas line, fence, retaining wall, and sidewalk with minimal digging done. The price was reasonable and was not pressured into accepting their bid in any way. The guys that showed up to do the job were extremely professional, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing services!

I had roots problem that damage my very old sewer pipe. It needed to be replaced, I had another company bid, then I called Shaw for another bid. Shaw was few grand cheaper than the first company, so I hired Shaw to get our pipes replaced. No regrets here, they were awesome, job was done in 2 days, they were professional, efficient, fast, and the office was so responsive with all my questions. they assured me that there will be no more problems in many years to come. ( I had another clog problem before the schedule, I called Shaw and they were able to get another company to clear our pipes in the meantime time while waiting for the scheduled pipe replacement job.) We experienced a water leak in the main line going to our house. Sadly it ran under our deck against our foundation. The guys from Shaw Trenchless did a great job rerouting the line.

The guys that came out to our home were very perfectionist,,kept us informed on things they found, what needed to be done. They checked everything three times so it was up to there standards. Even wanted to wash my kitchen floor as mud was tracked in. I told them it was fine, I’d do it. The next day inspectors came out, an before we knew it they had covered the pipes,,filled in the holes & was gone before we knew it.
