The service today was fantastic. Paul was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. We had our septic tank pumped and the job was done efficiently and the area was clean when he and you wouldn’t even known he had been there. We thought we had a blown fuse, but we just didn’t push the breaker switch all the way. The guys were friendly enough but still charged us $260 just to tell us to push the breaker switch a little more. The whole “appointment” took 5 minutes. I would not use them again- they are wayyy overpriced! I had even asked the gal that called to confirm the appointment for an estimate, and she said she couldn’t provide me with one. If I had known what their service fee alone was, I would have looked elsewhere.

Paul with 2 Sons Plumbing and Septic did a first-rate, professional septic tank pump for us today. He arrived as scheduled and was careful with placing his hoses so not to damage our plants/yard. He washed out our tank, cleaned and checked the gray water filter. I will definitely request him next time it is time to pump the tank again.

My experience with 2 Son's Plumbing was excellent. The technician, Paul, was very professional and knowledgeable. Despite my septic tank not being pumped for at least 16 years, he pointed out my major issue was a plugged filter, which was reducing the outflow from the tank and causing surges of water to back up enough for odor to enter my house. As he pumped the tank, he answered all my questions, including discussing the design of my tank. Thank you for the excellent service.

The company was amazing the customer service was extraordinary. From calling the office, Beth was very polite and was able to schedule a soon as possible same day. Paul and Ricky did a fantastic job educating us what needs to be done including future tips on how to keep our septic tank from clogging and what was going on and very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.
