Terry and team are amazing. I have used their services for years and when I moved, I was happy to hear that they served my new location as well. Every year I'll get a reminder that testing is due, which I appreciate since that's one less thing for me to worry about remembering. Once testing is complete, they send the report automatically to the water company. Ace Backflow Only goes above and beyond for their customers. Just recently, we had called a couple of landscaping companies for a sprinkler blowout for the winter. One landscaping company claimed that the backflow assembly was broken and was in need of repair and gave us a quote on the spot. Wanting a second opinion, we had another company also give us a quote, but we had made the mistake of telling them that the backflow assembly was previously diagnosed as broken. They didn't deny the break and gave us a bigger quote than the first one. Thinking something didn't sound right from either company, I reached out to Terry for a third opinion. Terry checked the backflow and didn't find anything wrong with it. Literally saved us thousands of dollars. Ace Backflow Only showed integrity by their honest service and that's why I'm a loyal customer. They could have claimed the backflow assembly was broken and cashed in on an unnecessary repair, but they didn't. They have both my respect and my business.

Terry came out same day to test our system on a new house we purchased. We were late on the testing. She walked me through why we needed testing and set up paperwork for her to take care of everything, annually, indefinitely. Great service for only $50.

At first they would do the work then leave an invoice. But after time we didnt even know if it was done unless we contacted them. Bottom line was when the city sent a notice that the backflow hadn't been done.
