This review is 10 years late. My mother is selling her house and in Pierce county you need an inspection and certification and pump out. The firm that handled this had to dismantle a section of the deck ( the deck was built in the late eighties) to access tank. In 2014 Baileyβs was paid to pump out the tank. Yesterday, once the tank was pumped out it appeared that there was 18 to 20 inches of sludge at the bottom of a 750 gallon tank. This company scammed an elderly woman. I find it hard to believe she could have created that much debris.

In business for 40+ years. They feel entitled to your work, lacking customer service, highly disappointed. Called for a snake, drain problem. Owner/dispatcher sent out a pump trunk, driver confirmed the tank did not need to be emptied. He returned 2 hours later with tools for roto work. Roto work did not work due to "faulty" pipes. He refused to look at pipes under house and left me standing there with a $287.00 bill and the same problem I had before I called them. Frustrated with communication, honesty, cost and lack of customer care/concern. Do not use.

For a company that "needed" the work they did not hesitate to charge us any extra work. First off I'll start off by saying they took our appointment as the man on the phone is not to pleasant speak with by the way. Any way took our appointment gave him the address told him what we need. Calls the next day to double check on appointment that says "oh, we're not licensed to inspect in that area" after taking that address prior. Proceeds to tell us "well I really need the work, and here what I'll do and tells us it will work" long story short they end up getting 3,000$ and now have to proceed with another company to inspect it still to the spend another 375$. The customer service is horrible and it was such a mess and so unprofessional I would advise anyone to seek another company.

We had a septic emergency one summer afternoon. Called 5+ companies for help but got put off by everyone. Called Baileys, and he came out promptly, after hours on a Sunday evening. Was very up front and honest about the work needed and the cost. Far surpassed expectations for slightly cost less than Flohawks and bigger companies. I appreciate the "no b.s." approach, and not trying to sell me anything!

JJ did a great job, very professional, responsive time was great and they are local to my neighborhood. Will use them again in the future. Thank you Bailey Sewer for your service!

These people are crooks. If you do not agree with the estimates they give for extra and unnecessary services, they will turn you into the Department of Health. Pathetic that a company feels compelled to use the overbearing local government when you don't agree to their exorbitant estimates. Just pathetic people that should not be in business.

Always fun. Food and service the best. We had trout and broccoli, biscuits and honey.
