Beacon Plumbing, Heating, Electrical & Mechanical Inc - Tacoma

Due to the cold weather had an outdoor pipe burst while I was out of town so I called Beacon plumbing and they sent out a tech right away who was able to fix the issue and then recommended a yard hydrant which they installed yesterday. They installed one at various locations on my property. Travis and his coworker ( sorry I didn’t get his name) were fast, efficient and were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I’m happy that I called Beacon plumbing!

Troy and Ross were incredible in helping us with our main water line. They came promptly when we had a leak and explained everything to us, ensuring we understood all of the safety procedures. They even walked around the house with us answering any questions and providing guidance on future projects we have in mind. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Troy and Ross!

We are longtime customers of Beacon Plumbing. Their customer service has always been exceptional. There has never been a time when we've called and haven't been able to get an appointment as soon as we'd like it. The technicians are professional, do quality work and always clean up the worksite when the work is completed. Today Rick and Roger came to our home to repair a leaking outdoor faucet. Their professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Thanks to both of them.

Beacon responded promptly and did a thorough review of our two tankless water heaters. John was comfortable with how the job was plumbed but needed to program the two units to work together. He also rerouted the water flow between the two units adding more valves. Great job by a true professional. We will gladly use him again.

Fast service as promised. Rick and Brown did a great job. I’ve used Beacon in the past always found them to be knowledgeable honest and fair. There are lots of plumbing choices but for fast fair service done right the first time I recommend Beacon.

Our furnace broke while we were out of town and i called Beacon on Sunday. Kory was the tech that came out a few hours later to diagnose what was going on. Super glad they are 24/7 and could come out on a weekend! He was super friendly and was great at keeping me updated on the entire process since we needed to order parts for our furnace. He worked as fast as he could to get our heat back on. And he also gave us some tips to keep our furnace healthy. This was our first time working with Beacon and we’ll definitely use them again in the future! But especially happy with Kory and his work!

We just had them come out last minute to replace our washer valves and they did amazing! Jesus was very kind and understanding and informative about everything going on and even how he was going to go about fixing and payment as well! They kept the area spotless and cleaned the mess up as well! Highly recommend!

Had a problem with kitchen drain. Due to the knowledge and the professionalism of this company we had them do several other items as well. They handled our situation with care and courtesy and in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone I know who needs assistance.
