Our 15 yr old outdoor tankless needed replacement and Bob Larson's team came through with flying colors! Amber provided outstanding customer support, Ben was extremely prompt and professional in providing an estimate the next day, and Gabriel did a stellar job with a same day install! Kudos all around for the entire Bob Larson team of professionals.

The first great information was that they called me back to schedule a today's appointment when someone canceled. I appreciated that beyond greatness. Second, within about 20 minutes a very kind employee named Chris showed up at my door evaluated the problem, and solved it within 45 minutes... He even had to track to the neighbors to turn off the water system and go back and forth. He was very quiet, but clearly quite knowledgeable. Our home was a mess! But he maneuvered to the main box, and the water heater, got everything solved off, and on! I appreciated their very quick, experienced work. I will definitely recommend your company and Chris!

Bob Larson Plumbing did a fantastic job with our kitchen project. The scheduler was easy to work with, and we received a text message with our technician's profile when he was on his way over. Our tech, Chris, showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and he replaced our kitchen faucet and instahot without any issues. Everything is working great, and we're happy we chose Bob Larson Plumbing! Highly recommend!

My experience with Bob Larson Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. I called yesterday and they were able to send their team out today to give me a free quote. My project includes a installation of a kitchenette with a sink and a dishwasher. I had another company come out last week to give me a quote, I could tell that other company was very uncomfortable with the kitchenette and their (other company) quote was astronomical. The plumbers Bob Larson sent, Kyle and Blake, are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on schedule and their pricing for the work came in at around half of the quote I received from the other local company. Bob Larson Plumbing also set me up with 0% financing, which is a big help in getting the work done. They have a membership program which not only pays for itself with the amount of work I need done, but actually reduced my final costs by around $500. All in all - if you are seeking smart, cost effective plumbing solutions, I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Kyle, he's the best :) As a followup, they finished the work in a few hours and did a wonderful job. No unexpected expenses and no surprises. I'm very happy I went with this company. EDIT 2/13/2025: WE PASSED THE COUNTY'S PLUMBING INSPECTION! My call on Saturday to Bob Larson Plumbing didn’t go well at first when I ended up with what I think was a call center and the call was disconnected part way through. I called back and from then on my experience was very good. I got a call from Mathew a short time later saying he was 10 minutes away. Great news! Mathew was very conscientious and thorough in the job he did. He cleaned up after himself when the job was done. He was a very professional and pleasant young man. He was a good salesman/representative for Bob Larson Plumbing.

Chris is very friendly and professional. He lets me know when he is on the way to my house as well as his progress throughout the project. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

Friendly, knowledgable, professional customer service, staff and services. Ben did the estimate and was awesome. He was very knowledgable and taught me things about plumbing and pipes i never knew about. I learned a lot~! Thank you Ben~! The work done by Daniel and Marty, (installation of Navein 240 A2 NG), was exceptional and everything from the estimate to the installation was clear and easy to comprehend. I was impressed how clean and precise the worn done was~ Everything went smoothly and I would recommend them highly to anyone. The cost was reasonable and no ridden fees. Amazing job you guys~! I can’t say enough good things about Matt and his co worker (whose name I have forgotten unfortunately )Everything was explained to me and pricing given before anything was done so I could make all decisions. The job turned out to be a little more detailed than we thought but the guys went right to work to make things right. After the installation all faucets in the house were checked to make sure the water lines were clear . They cleaned up everything too! Thank You!
