I had a slab leak issue. After getting a quote for a complete re-pipe from one local company, I decided to reach out to Ernest & Sons Plumbing for advice on pipe re-lining. The service technician took the time to explain why that option wouldn’t work for my situation. Thanks to that, I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and provide a quote for a re-pipe. After assessing the problem, their suggestion was to fix it in place, which I chose to go with. Bobby and Willie were very knowledgeable and professional. The repair was completed in just one day. Both of them were friendly and took the time to help me understand the repair process.

Bobby came out to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to locate the leak. After that, he carefully cut into the drywall to replace the old pipe and solder in a new piece. Bobby also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to improve drainage and replaced my kitchen faucet with a new one I had bought. When he returned the next day to complete the job, I asked him to replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout to get my shower working properly. He took the time to get the necessary parts, and even though the tub spout was shorter than the previous one, Bobby made it fit perfectly. On a third visit, he repaired the drywall from the original leak and even fixed an outdoor water spigot that had been dripping for four years. While there was a cost involved, it was much less than I anticipated and far better than quotes from other plumbing services. I really appreciate Bobby for resolving all these issues that had been bothering me for years. He did a fantastic job on everything, and I absolutely love my new faucets!

I called in the morning after a surprise cold shower. I was able to get a technician scheduled for that afternoon and was even honored the online price of $1998 that I found. Bobby arrived around 1:30 and finished by 4. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the American Standard tank, their manufacturer's warranty, and the 3-year workmanship warranty. The installation is way better than the old unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The tech mentioned that water heaters is their specialty, and I feel fortunate to have found them, making one less thing to worry about. Even though my HVAC is currently out and I’ve had different techs looking at it, I’m just happy that Ernest & Sons Plumbing was available today. One less worry for me!

Update: They just completed the final part of our bathroom installation, which was paused until the tile work was finished. The work was outstanding as always. Update: Sean promptly addressed another problem we had with a different bathroom shower. He responded to my call for assistance on the same day and arrived the following morning to fix the issue. Once again, we are extremely pleased with their level of service!

While my spouse and I were away, I received a call notifying us that our basement drain had flooded. He worked on the drain for a considerable amount of time and returned the following day to finish the job. It was incredibly beneficial how promptly he could come out, preventing the water from sitting idle for an extended period. Jesus was also excellent in communicating, keeping us informed whenever there was an update. He was very professional and left no mess behind. We truly appreciate his swift response and resolution.
