Kyle Brown and his assistant Max, were very thorough, friendly and professional. They finished the job in one day. Donny also showed up to do the hard job of getting between the rafters in the underground space to take out old AC lines put in new refrigerant lines for heat pump and another Kyle, an electrician, hooked up electricity and had to get in to tight space too. Kyle Brown explained what was going on throughout the process. It was great team work! My husband and I highly recommend and appreciate the Mercurio’s team including Joe who gave us the bid. We are super happy with our new Bosch heat pump!

Nate, was awesome and was accompanied by a second Tech, Matt, who was also great! They were here to rewire our 1956 home. Nate as well as Matt were so easygoing and helpful. They were attentive to our requests and questions and communicated well. We felt confident and comfortable with the level of skill and the desire to fulfill our needs. We would recommend them and will not hesitate to request them specifically for our next electrical project. Great job!

Great experience all the way around! Steve did a great job explaining our options which allowed us to choose the best system for us. Since we were able to opt for the next available install, we went from accepting the estimate to having our new furnace / heat pump system installed and operating in only 48 hours!! Kyle and the install crew were professional, proficient, and efficient. He made sure all of our questions were answered before departing. My background is in aviation and simulation tech, where we worked on a lot of similar systems and the standards are exact. I can tell you - this was a quality install!

Tyler replaced two flush-mount ceiling fixtures with new upgraded fixtures. They look fabulous! I’m a happy camper. Even my cat gives them a paws up! Thank you Tyler!

My 23-year old furnace stopped working on a Saturday night in February, and I called Mercurio's to get it checked out. It was time for a new furnace! Several Mercurio's technicians helped me -- Charles, Tom, Rich and Kyle. They were all professional and explained the different options. In particular, Kyle explained how they would install the new furnace and how it would work with my new smart thermostat. They answered all my questions and did clean, quality work. They installed the new furnace the day after the site visit (very timely). This new furnace is quiet, efficient and smart -- and heats the house quickly! I'm very excited about it and recommend Mercurio's!

Tom Ingham was very professional and knowledgeable on the type and size of furnace we needed for our home. He was able to break it down in a way where my wife and I could understand and find one available to install the next day. Rich V and Jeremy R showed up on time, Demo old furnace and installed the new furnace in a professional and timely manner and answered all of my concerns. They also were able to grade my filter cabinet last minute. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and investment.

Cameron Brower did an amazing job. He was very polite and had good communication. He made sure everything was correct before he left and that I was happy with the job. He had to order parts for us and they came in quickly and he was back to fix it in no time. The text messages used to schedule are very convenient.

From the initial quote to installation, I can’t say enough about how great the service was. Installation was fast, but they took the time to explain the install process and the unit to me. The price was also much better than the other providers. I would highly recommend Mercurio’s if you are looking for a new mini split.
