Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tacoma

I've had them out several times for work on a recommendation. They've always done an excellent job for me. I had a problem that was overlooked at a recent job, and they came out to fix it, no questions asked. I'm very happy with their level of service. I won't think of calling a different plumber because I know they'll make sure everything is done right. Even if they have to come back to do it. Trust the high reviews; you'll definitely get great service from them.

In property management plumbing issues can become a big problem quickly. I have called on Mr rooter several times. Each time they were out very quickly. They also had all supplies needed to do the repair right then! Technicians are efficient, friendly and thorough! Highly recommend!

We bought an older home to fix up. We had Mr Rooter come out and inspect the sewer line. They needed repaired and replaced. The repair was done in a timely, efficient manner. Thank you! Well done.

Quick response to my request for service. Found and repaired leak under house quickly. But very expensive, but I guess no higher than the others. They were very professional and friendly so probably will use them again.

I have been a huge advocate of Mr Rooter since the 90’s when I owned an older condo that had chronic plumbing problems. Now I own a house and since my purchase 5 years ago they have twice helped resolve both a plumbing leak and a very badly clogged kitchen drain. Jake Roderick did an exemplary job of clearing the sink clog, and also did a walk through inspection to note any future anticipated plumbing issues so I can budget accordingly. I have opted for the 5 year membership, both at the condo and at this house as it affords a cost savings and has really saved the day with unexpected plumbing issues. Also, I like that Mr Rooter has a record of all repairs. I very highly recommend them.

I've always trusted Mr Rooter to do well with my plumbing repairs. But I'll call this wonky shower replacement the last time I guess I'll use or trust them. They said there'd be drywall repair needed if I only repaired the plumbing for my shower, which made sense, but it would be all taken care of and I shouldn't worry about the dry wall if the whole shower/bath was replaced. But now I not only have this gap that I was told "your drywall guy will take care of" when I wasn't informed I needed one on hand, but the installed shower wall is warped, jutts away from the drywall, is secured at different distances to the studs, and it appears the tub is cracked.. Thanks for the extra unexpected work that even a contractor, called after the fact, scratched their head on how to resolve..

Very respectful. He was very informative. If I have anything else go wrong I would call them back again. He was very friendly and didn't make me feel uneasy about the situation. I wish I could remember the young man's name that came here. He was awesome.
