Kevin came out and did a thorough inspection and provided options. The work was done quickly and neatly. March 2024 follow up: Kevin arrived to re-install the toilet to discover 35 years of use had come to an end. New toilet looks great. His team, as always, is thorough, efficient and do excellent work.

Kevin was super cool and thorough. His price seemed good and interesting for us but we never got the quote. Maybe I just missed it, not sure. Maybe Kevin didn't want the job and I understand that but per our discussions I was expecting a quote. Anyhow I guess I'll continue looking for a plumber. 8-22-24 if I get an update/quote I'll update this review. I got the quote just now a few hours after posting this initial review and updated the rating. Once the work is completed I'll update once more.
