Grateful for Royal Flush Plumbing for coming immediately to my flooding house. They made the repair quickly and helped us towards our next steps. They have come back to check on the progress of drying twice and the customer service has been consistently professional.

We needed a new water heater and some other plumbing work done at our home in West Seattle. Royal Flush was extremely responsive and prompt. They provided a very competitive quote, and both Kendrick and Devon were quick and responsive to questions and talking us through different options. We would strongly recommend Royal Flush.

We worked with Royal Flush to redo our waterlines. Kendrick, the owner, came out and did a walkthrough with us and was very knowledgeable and provided us with the scope of work and the step by step of the work. He is very experienced and will guide you through your project. Caleb ended up working on our waterline replacement and was simply the best. He is very organized and kept us up to date with everything done. He provided updates to what he did that day as well as sending photos for updates. The team also lays out coverings throughout the house and does their best to keep everything clean and tidy. We are glad we found Royal Flush and will be using them for future projects.

The crew texted of their arrival time. The two man crew were polite, professional, quiet and left a tidy work area. One thing I would suggest for Royal Flush is to text or email your customers a day early to confirm the appointment and time.. Other busienesses do this and it's very helpful to know the time has not changed or/and perhaps canceled.

I needed installation of a freestanding tub and the floor mounted tub filler/faucet. I accepted a quote from Kendrick/Royal Flush Plumbing and asked them to come out on a Monday. They agreed to arrive on Monday, told me when they would arrive and arrived on time ready to do the work. My layout posed some unique challenges for the installation crew, but their attitude wasn’t that there were problems, they only looked for and found solutions. This is an awesome company and I would definitely use them again!

Highly suggest Royal Flush Plumbing! Not just an excellent business name, but also excellent work. They repiped my whole house, switching me over from galvanized piping and helping move things around for a bathroom renovation. Easy to work with, communicative, fast, and everyone is really nice.

Had a couple companies come out and give me quotes on a water pressure issue. Kendrick was the only one that really made me feel totally confident with his overall knowledge readiness to get my problem fixed. We ended up having our mainline from the street replaced and I was more than happy with the job Royal Flush did! I would call them in the future with any plumbing need and I would definitely recommend them if someone needed any work done. Thanks again guys!

Thanks you Royal Flush for the great service. Not only was I impressed with the professionalism, but also their demeanor in addressing the situation. Right off the bat I was already comfortable with talking to them, even on the phone, but in person, I was able to explain the situation of our pipe leak. They recommended a water specialist that could come out and detect the leak with pinpoint accuracy. The next day the leak detection team came out to survey and find the leak. Our leak was located just outside of the foundation outside. The connection pipe between house and the city pipe was faulty. The next week, Royal Flush came out and dug up the area where the leak detection folks had pinpointed the spot. Without a doubt, they were able to dig up find the leak and show me the problem. I wish initially that the plumbers who put in the original pipe would have done a better job of connecting the two pipes. Royal Flush was able to ensure that the connecting pipe would not fail this time. Again showing me what exactly they did to ensure no future leaks. They filled in dirt, and got it back up and running with no issues. If you ever have some sort of plumbing issue. I would highly recommend. Also I'd like to say they are super personable, so you won't feel like they are just there to do a job. They like to get to know you as a homeowner! Thanks Royal Flush! appreciate it!
