I have a 1950's home in Tacoma and got stuck in a difficult bathroom renovation needing an expert Plumber to solve. Tops Plumbing to the rescue! After pulling the toilet to have new floors installed, the old flange and drain was below floor level leaving me to worry about maintaining a proper seal and avoiding future leakage under the floor. I contacted Tops Plumbing around 7pm on a Tuesday, and Vinney was there on Wednesday promptly at 9am as scheduled. Vinney was extremely professional as he walked me through what he saw and actions he would need to take. Vinney kept me updated while working to show me some of the nuances of this job... and as a DYI'er, I am certainly glad to have the expert on this one. The finished product is perfect with Vinney leaving the area so clean as if nobody was ever there. He was meticulous and even cared about the little things like ensuring the caulking was just right under the toilet. Tops Plumbing is definitely the top in Service, Care, Professionalism.
