Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - WA

We’ve used Apollo for anything from a clogged drain, to repiping our plumbing, to doing a miracle install of CIPP, cure in place pipe to repair our old line from home to sewage main. Anyway, my point is these guys are like no job too small and no job too large. We just had our first annual checkup visit and Kieth was our tech today. Nice guy. Polite. Knowledgeable. I felt that not only was he there to represent Apollo but it felt like he was looking out for us as well. I’m also finding that all the techs are like what I described. They’ve earned me taking the time to brag on them! See ya!

When I need a job done quickly I call Apollo. Judah installed 2 new toilets and a shut off valve with confidence and ease. He was friendly and great at explaining the work.

Judah was the tech that assisted us. He was very helpful and explained all of our options. And he helped get the ball rolling for additional services needed. I would definitely recommend this service to someone else.

we had a plumbing emergency and based on the reviews I called Apollo plumbing. We ended up giving them a lot more work than what they were called for and it ended up being a bigger project to which we paid upfront. The man who came and gave us the quote, Judah told us of a service subscription which he mentioned we can cancel at any time. The job was in November, now in February I called to cancel the subscription monthly payment and told me I cannot as I signed up for a year. This felt incredibly deceiving as we went with this company in good faith and what we thought was accurate knowledge as presented by Judah. I would avoid them, knowing they are not just expensive but also dishonest. There are plenty of other local contractors around to shop wisely.

I'm a relative of Judah's client and was entirely amazed at his un-matched level of customer service. I would of never expected to hear such an honest and real representative of a company. Ever... Especially in the trades world! At the end of the day honesty and transparency are often second guessed when needing a plumbing service or contractor. But with Judah and Apollo you can genuinely feel like your project needs are being met, while also keeping you and your budgets best interest in mind. I'm not in any way a customer, yet. But I will be when any services are needed that they offer. Thank you, Judah and team at Apollo, for putting the people first. And not trying to cash in on unnecessary repairs or using scare tactics on unsuspecting home owners.

I highly recommend Apollo , I had a great experience from booking the appointment with Jessica to having the work done by Eli. Eli was very patient with me, answering all my questions and making recommendations on what he felt needed to be done. My drains are now running clear. Thank you Apollo!

Brandon was awesome. Ran through multiple options. Answered all our questions. Was personable and energetic. Got us set up with a new system and didn’t try and oversell us on something we really didn’t need or would have more problems with in the future given our situation. Really appreciate his efforts and will be calling on Apollo again for our HVAC and plumbing needs.

I had Mitch come and check out my 36 year-old gas furnace. He checked it thoroughly and gave me an estimate of how long, some of the major parts might last. Now I know about how long this unit may last and can start planning on replacing it with a modern one.
