They were able to come and get my furnace running same day, which was great. However, the techs sold me on a membership package that they incorrectly billed, so when I called to schedule said service, I was told I didn’t buy it. After a lot of back and forth, they saw they had billed me incorrectly ($434) for a permit instead of the membership I thought I was buying. I scheduled a service visit and they didn’t show. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back and never heard back from the manager Kirk. READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS. They do not reflect the 4.5 star rating google has

Brad took my original call to their office and had me dialed in with my appointment, even with adverse weather, the actual plumber Ricky did an excellent job by inspecting the plumbing and identifying potential future issues. He is courteous and well-informed, and he resolved the problem promptly. D&F is fortunate to have such a skilled plumber on their team!
