Taylor from Drain Hound did an excellent job. From the first contact via text, he was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and available. I appreciate that he is a small local business owner. He assessed our problem quickly, arrived promptly when scheduled and had all the parts and supplies needed to complete the job. The total cost to complete the repair was even a little less than the quote. If 10 stars was an option, Taylor at Drain Hound definitely deserves them. I wish all experiences with owner operators were like this! Taylor was friendly and knowledgeable. His price was fair and it included more work/time than the other plumbers I contacted. I also appreciated that he included taxes in my quote, so I ended up paying exactly what he quoted me.
