DryTime Restoration

Daniel Hahn came to our home for a possible bathroom leak, at which time he noticed our kitchen floor had not dried from water saturation. It didn't take him 10 minutes before making the decision to set up his equipment and begin an emergency dry out phase. As the Project Manager he oversaw all aspects of our mitigation, demolition, and dry out claim. He and his crew handled themselves with friendly and considerate professionalism. I'm grateful to have had Daniel as our fist point of contact. I highly recommend Daniel for anything you need. His skills are uniquely his, and his alone.

DryTime was fantastic to work with! They came right away, and every day after that to ensure my home was efficiently dried out after a pipe broke. The damage was extensive, and they did a great job at finding all areas of the home that were affected and communicating their recommendations to me at every turn. They had excellent communication, always giving me a heads up when they were on their way over and any updates after checking on my home. I felt that I was in good hands the entire time. Nate was my project manager, and he was awesome to work with! Great communication and everyone on his team was super nice and respectful. Thank you, DryTime!!!

OUTSTANDING service!!! We were referred to DY by our plumber. What went from a little water leak led to a discovery of major damage to our kitchen. Danielle was prompt, friendly and impressive in her knowledge of what we could expect. She explained the process thoroughly and was patient with questions. The crew that worked on the demolition, were respectful (caring!) and went above and beyond our expectations. They knew how stressful the situation was and were reassuring. There was absolutely nothing I would report as a negative.

Aris and Blake from Dry Time Restoration were amazing to work with! They didn’t just look at the specific spot we were concerned about—they actually took the time to walk through other areas in the house where we could have potential leak risks. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe and addressed. I'd like to start out by saying that I rarely write reviews for services. In this case, I felt compelled to give a big shout-out to Nate Bower from Dry Time. I had a very stressful experience with a pipe bursting on a weekend. Nate came over to inspect the damage and explain the cleanup process. He was both friendly and professional. He thoroughly examined the damage and gave me his opinion on how best to fix the problem. He worked with me to come up with a fix within my price range. I felt like he was honest and on my side. He was not hurried and addressed all my concerns and questions. He also gave me his personal phone number in the event I needed further info. (which I did). He was very communicative and responded quickly. I felt like Nate went "above and beyond" in order to make me feel at ease with the process. I appreciate his superior service and know others would too!

Nate was our project manager and we were also lucky in having Blake as our inspector. These guys have gone over and above but I mainly want to note their professionalism along with being genuine humans. Joe, Mark, and the rest of the crew were always friendly, communicative and got it done. I hope to continue to recommend Dry Time for anyone needing restoration services for peace of mind and an exceptionally high standard.
