Great experience with Henco! They were quick to assist me when I had a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention. They were able to order and install a new insta-hot water unit, and worked around my busy schedule. Shout out to their technician Gabe for great communication, friendly service, and going the extra mile to make sure I got my preferred water dispenser. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏻

Leaking sink repair (and we really needed it back online asap). Austin was awesome - super friendly and personable. He explained my options for repair and he completed the job quickly even though he had to go out for additional parts, leaving the area spotless and ready for use. He also very patiently answered a number of questions that I had about other potential plumbing jobs in this 100 year old house. He also provided detailed quotes for those jobs. He provided exceptional service to get our issue fixed. I most highly recommend both Austin and Henco.

Henco Plumbing installed a Bradford White water heater in our home and we can't say enough about the great service and top notch crew who did the work. Jacob was very nice and helpful. We live in a manufactured house so the entire setup needed to be updated which they did. I also liked the finance options available. We highly recommend using Henco Plumbing.

We needed to replace our water heater which was tightly wedged into a closet in the house. Because of this we needed to downsize the heater, but we Love hot showers. Jose researched and came up with a plan to help meet our needs/wants. Jose and Brantson removed(extricated) the old heater,replumbed the drain line under the house and installed the new heating system while taking care of and protecting our property from damage. Blane got the electric hook up to code and installed a light fixture in the closet. Everyone was professional,friendly,happily answered questions.

We've used Henco plumbing the last two times we had plumbing issues. Both times they were courteous, incredibly responsive, very thorough, and identified and fixed the problem right away. On top of that they were very affordable. Loved being able to schedule online. Will definitely be using them again.

Tim helped us select a replacement water heater to fit in a restricted space and then installed it to improve access. The installation went well due to his knowledge and skills. The cleanup work and maintenance orientation were appreciated. I highly recommend Tim and Henco. Prices were competitive and work was efficient and professional.

Michael was so great. He did the most thorough check of our sewer line and issues with our tub plumbing. He was very transparent about the fact that other companies were recommending more than he thought would be necessary to fix the issues. Overall his quote came in thousands of dollars less than the two other companies that quoted the job. We feel really grateful for his honesty, and are excited to move forward with them once we are ready to get the work done.

Michael was a great help today as my plumbing issues are more substantial than previously thought. Because he took the time to check out my plumbing situation thoroughly he was able to advise of the condition of the galvanized pipes in my little 1930 home. He also spent time to make sure I understood the situation. I really appreciate that he fit me into his schedule to today to get these repairs started!
