Kruse Plumbing was great! Alex installed a new hot water tank and a whole house filter system. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how everything worked. He was friendly and very professional. The piping layout looks great! They were prompt and responsive. Thank you!

I have been working with Kruse Plumbing for a few years now, and they are fantastic. The crews are fast, efficient, and do quality work, and Hannah who manages the office is the BEST! I used Kruse for an extensive remodel project of a rental property in Vancouver and they were great to work with and I was very satisfied with their work. My observation is that they do great work and put the customer first. Recently I called them to repair the toilets in our home and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they have hired additional plumbers to do service repairs. Wow! Thanks again to Kruse plumbing. Ryan and his crew got to work fast and efficiently. Kevin showed up to our house right on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed before lunch time! I got an estimate to replace two shower cartridges from my usual plumbing company and thought they were pretty high so I wanted to compare. Kruse plumbing had good reviews so I called for an estimate. Kevin L. Came out and gave me an approximate estimate, indicated he would have to head to Portland to pick up the cartridges so the price could vary depending on how long that would take or they could order the parts and reschedule. I told him to go for it since he was already here. He was gone about 30 minutes. Kevin had both cartridges changed out and the job completed within an hour after getting back. Kevin told me Labor cost would be for 2 hours. I thought this was very reasonable considering he had to go to Portland to get the cartridges. Hannah e mailed me the bill and I was pleasantly surprised. Well under my usual plumbers estimate!!!!😄 When I called and talked with Hannah she was always upbeat and pleasant. Kevin L, was very personable, professional, thorough and made sure the area where he worked was cleaned. I will call them again....Thanks Hannah and Kevin L

I would highly recommend CH Kruse Plumbing to anyone and everyone! They were very responsive and were able to fit us in in a timely manner and had great communication throughout the process. Dave who came out to do the work was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, did great work! We are very pleased and satisfied with every aspect of our interactions with CH Kruse Plumbing. They replaced all of our plumbing and installed our new bathroom products and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!!!

Train your drivers to be respectful and have manners. Because they act like they are driving personal vehicles. Driving like maniacs and flipping people over in traffic that is not professional at all.

I am so happy to have finally found a good and honorable plumbing company! I own an 80 year-old home and have had at least five different plumbing companies come out for various repairs or installations over the past 8 years. I felt like I was taken advantage of with the other companies, but not so with C.H. Kruse. They were quick to send Kirk out to take a look at a leaking kitchen faucet. Within less than five minutes Kirk was able to diagnose the problem, which was the faucet itself. I worked with Jen to schedule someone to come out the very next day to install a new kitchen faucet. A different guy, also named Kirk, came out today to do the installation. I am so impressed with both Kirks! Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Kirk #2 replaced the faucet quickly and without any issues. He assured me he would be out promptly should anything come up, and to not hesitate to call. After this experience I will not hesitate to call C.H. Kruse for any future plumbing needs. They have earned my confidence, respect, and appreciation.
