Legacy Plumbing & Excavation (and specifically Ayden) are LIFESAVERS!! We had a faulty/leaking water inlet valve and the hot water was SPEWING from the wall for several minutes before we found the main shut off valve outside. In the course of getting quotes, we were AMAZED that Legacy Plumbing & Excavation offered a free quote (others were $99 or more). They responded incredibly quick to my email, and Ayden showed up within the two hour window, as promised. The amount was a bit more than I was hoping, but they were the most reasonable quote. Ayden did a great job: he removed the drywall, installed the new casing, cleaned up, and ensured everything was working. OH! And what really impressed me was he took the time to double check that the main water WAS off before beginning (it never hurts to make sure!!). I am very happy with the quality work and attention to detail! Thank y’all so much!! ❤️

Nolan was a very good worker and affable person, he quoted me $395.00. After I gave him the check he didn’t mention a receipt. When I remembered and ran to his truck, he told me he was in the process of sending me an email receipt when I checked the amount on the receipt, it was $45 less than the check amount that I had given to him, $350 instead of $395. I called the office twice and both times the customer service people were very understanding and helpful. They said they would drop off the difference at my mailbox on Monday, March 3. The check was dropped off at the wrong apartment so I had to call again and I did finally get the $45 difference. Thar was my first time calling a plumber and I hope it’s the last.

This terrible company destroyed my yard and driveway when they replaced a neighbor's sewer line that runs in an easement under my driveway. They did a terrible job patching the driveway, they destroyed several plants, and replaced my very nice soil with rocky back-fill. Their grading is so bad I now have several new puddles whenever if rains. They also failed to control the sediment as they were trenching and have clogged the drainage in my driveway. When contacted they refused to do anything. They came out took a look, and said yep that was us. They also buried my irrigation control boxes and destroyed my irrigation lines (and refuse to fix them). They also left trash on my property (used saw blades, beer cans, and ABS pipe cutoffs. Don't trust these guys to do the right thing because they have shown will not. See their photo of 'finished' work and notice the puddles and mud flowing down the driveway into my drains, clogging them.

Highly recommend Brian and the team. We needed a hot water heater installed. Not only were the prices fair but the plumber was kind enough to arrive early and complete the work before the agreed upon arrival time. Now for anyone that’s been without hot water for a few days this was a huge blessing. Highly recommend
