I’m a local contractor & I’ve used Pat on a couple projects. I’ve had a few plumbers and M5 is the best by far. He’s very communicative, reliable and trustworthy. If you need someone who is very knowledgeable, Call M5 plumbing.

I have known this company's owner for about 8 years and have used his services on 3 occasions and my family has too. I find Pat to be trustworthy and honest. He also instructed my husband on how to repair our water heater, which is a size that Pat could not find anymore. Hey! Everybody makes mistakes now and then, but if Pat does he will take care of it in good time and properly. Great plumber.

This company is exceptional! Called the owner during the busy season, right before closing time, when we came home from vacation to what we thought was a broken main pipe to our house. He sent someone out the very next morning to asses the problem. I had to fly out of town to the other side of the country and Pat was great about keeping me in the loop about the repair and getting it fixed quickly knowing I had 3 small children at home without any running water. Pat is trustworthy and honest and took the time help educate both me and my partner on the repairs that were needed. If I ever need a plumber in the future, he will always be my first call. I highly recommend him and his company.

I called M5 plumbing and spoke with Pat. I got a quote on plumbing that I needed work on. He had Albert and Jr. come out shortly after that. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, fast and honest. I would recommend them to anyone that is needing plumbing work done. Thank you, You both were great!

We had moved into our house 5 years ago and there was a water tank of some sort in our garage and I had no idea what it was or what it did. I contacted Pat with M5 plumbing. I explained that I needed someone to come out to my house to help me understand what this thing was and if it was a benefit, how to use it. He was more than happy to help me out. I am very impressed with his knowledge "of all things plumbing", and his patience in educating me on my own plumbing equipment.

Pat is a great guy and a great plumber. His fees are very reasonable and he always have given me a very fair deal. He has been out to my house twice. The 2nd time for for a silly thing he fixed in one minute and he didn't charge for it. I highly recommend Pat!

Called at 9am. Spoke with Pat. He said he would have Steve come take a look under the house for a leak. Steve showed up as promised. Steve was awesome! Kept me informed the whole time of the steps to find the leak. Worked efficiently. Fixed a tiny leak. (There is another leak in the yard to fix after the locator finds it) Steve let me know what to expect regarding the locator. If you need plumbing done, this is the company you should call.
