Mr. Rooter Plumbing

Mr. Colby arrived in his red stallion right on time and ready to work! He was so nice and polite. My wiener was very excited to see him! He pet my wiener and even showed me pictures of his sister’s wiener! And of course he also put his hands on my tank which was greatly appreciated:) I will most definitely continue using his services for the next 69 years. Thank you, Mr. Colby!

Atreyu Sondergaard was our service person and he did a great job! He was very polite and professional, he explained everything he was going to do and made sure I understood. His work was timely and neat. We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I’ve been around a long time and I’ve met a boat load of people, I know good people when I meet them. And in the short time that I interacted with Atreyu I can tell you that he is one fine young man. I hope that you are taking good care of him because you have a great employee!!

I recently called on Mr. Rooter on two separate occasions. First, to clear a stubborn kichen sink backup; then I had Mr. Rooter come back to replace a malfunctioning faucet, sprayer, and disposal. The guys (Colby, Mike and Jacob) did a first rate job on both projects and each time left the work site clean as a whistle when finished. I am pleased as can be with their work, which was very professional and thorough.

We had a pipe break that caused water to fill into our crawls space. Mike from Mr. Rooter was dispatched out to help diagnose and fix the problem. From the moment Mike walked through our door we knew we were in good hands. Mike is a journeyman plumber and really knew what he was doing and talking about. He explained everything every step of the way and gave us clear options for how we wanted to handle to situation. Although Mike was unable to locate the leak, he referred us to a few companies that could do the job and ensured us he could fix it once it was located. That’s not so say that he didn’t try to locate it, because he sure put in a lot of effort digging up spot in our backyard that he suspected was close to the pipe break. Turns out he was about a foot or so away from finding it, but it was under our concrete patio. After having a leak detection company out, Mike returned to complete the job. Mike had already held a spot for us for the following day so it was easy to get him back out to our house. We were his first job of the day and he came ready to tackle the job. He had to cut into the concrete and tried his best to preserve the designer patio we have. Unfortunately he had to jack hammer the spot he cut out, but it was done so without damaging or removing a large portion of our patio. He found it, repaired it and had us all closed up by the end of the day. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind, efficient, hardworking employee in Mike. He made this experience not so bad considering the circumstances. The pricing was fair, the work was great quality and we enjoyed having Mike at our home.

Mr. Jacob Costa came out for an emergency call. He did an excellent job with everything, extremely professional, courteous, and very happy with the service. Will definitely be using in the future for any plumbing needs.

Atreyu S. provided a very high level of professionalism and courtesy. He explained the plumbing issues in a friendly and easy to understand way, and he was efficient with the diagnosis. His customer service is the reason why I will be calling Mr. Rooter the next time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks for the great customer service!

I had a ball valve go bad at our water main by the street, causing lots of water to leak into the ground. I called Mr. Rooter, and they had a technician out within an hour. Mr. Mike was courteous and explained the process of what he was working on. He also took pictures so I could submit them to the city to get a credit on my water bill. Thank you, Mr. Mike and Mr. Rooter, for taking care of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them..

Mike Lindsey and Jacob Costa were the wonderful technicians who came to my house today. They arrived when they said they would. Both technicians were incredibly polite and respectful. They were very thorough in their inspection and then explained everything very clearly to me. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am so happy I used this company.
