I called this company in hopes to fix my bathroom sink with draining issues. I had a great experience with pilot plumbing and drain from start to finish. Professional and polite staff, and gave me multiple options to pick from ranging from semi temporary to more long term fixes with varying prices. Corey was the technician that did the repairs, he did an amazing job, he was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself extremely well. Would highly recommend this company to people.

If anyone needs a plumber I cannot recommend Pilot Plumbing and Drain enough! I called them out for a second opinion; they priced the job fairly and were able to come back same day to complete the job. Andy, the owner came to quote us and he was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He provided us with the quote and was able to get us scheduled the same day. Chris was the plumber that came out with another gentleman, unfortunately I did not catch his name but they were both very polite, efficient, and professional. They came in, got to work and completed the jobs quickly. They did not leave a big mess and the whole process was a great experience. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone in need of a plumber.

I called Pilot plumbing and drain due to a water leak in my yard. Keith came out yesterday to check things out and give me an estimate. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Corey came today and did an incredible job changing my water line and hooking up my fridge to a water line. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working well before he left. Excellent experience from start to finish. Replacing our water heater was made fast and easy. Ernest was extremely communicative throughout the process and even checked up with us after the installation to make sure everything was in perfect working order. If I could give more stars, I would! I highly recommend Pilot to anyone who needs service.

I highly recommend Pilot Plumbing, and will use them for all my future projects. I recently had a VERY frustrating interaction with them, where service and answers just kept getting delayed for MONTHS. Humans make mistakes. Things came to a head, BUT! instead of being sent on my way as just another number at a big corporation after they have your money... Andy, the owner, reached out immediately, cleared his schedule and made a house call within 48 hours to solve my problem. Are you kidding me? I can live with the ups and downs that is homeownership, but you know what you CAN'T put a price on? Someone who actually cares about their customers, reputation, and doing things honorably. For that, he has this household's loyalty, and I'm so thankful for his example in the community.
