My home warranty company was originally going to send a *different* company, but that company kept canceling my appointment. Pacific was able to come right away. Both the phone scheduler and the plumber were helpful, courteous, and demonstrated the kind of customer service that is just too rare today. Much appreciated.

Just had Patrick from Pacific Plumbing out to successfully snake out my my 100+ year old, very fragile, basement floor drain. Nice guy and a good firm. The service from the office was also excellent. Another aspect I thought was really handy was that I was able to see their truck in real time as it headed for my house. I've had some really bad experiences, but these guys were great...K

Alex Garret removed my old water heater and replaced it. Alex took time to ensure that nothing got damaged while moving out and moving in the new water heater which is located downstairs. Alex conducted himself as a professional and I admired his "can do" attitude. I am very pleased with his work and commitment to his job. Thank you for a job well done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are responsive and decently priced, which is why I used them about 6 months ago, but I found out the hard way that they take complete advantage of naive people who are in a plumbing crisis. They charged me $5,500 for a sewer line repair that I later discovered actually should have been around $2,500. Normally I obtain multiple bids before proceeding with any contracted work (so shame on me for not doing that in this situation), but we had already been without any functioning plumbing for a day and a half and I felt it was too urgent to wait for other companies to come out. The WORST part of the situation is the fact that PP&D should NOT have even attempted the repair job in the first place because a complete line replacement was/STILL IS necessary! But, because they proceeded with "repairing" the problem, it required 4 follow up visits (and more money) over the course of 2 months and the issue was never even fully resolved. While the line is currently functioning (although barely, as we have to be extremely careful how often we flush and how much goes down - not an easy thing to do with kids in the house!), it still requires a complete replacement in the near future. I paid a sewer inspector to come out and was informed that my line still fails inspection and needs to be completely replaced, which the owner of PP&D (Jon Kirby), had verbally told me would cost $15k-$20k. However, after some research I found out from other companies that the complete replacement will actually be $8k-$11k; see a pattern here? On another note, I was later informed by city officials that PP&D failed to obtain required Right of Way permitting, which, as the homeowner, I could be fined for! I also found out from BOLI that they don't have a licensed plumber on staff...just a plumbing permit which is currently expired (apparently not illegal when working outside of the home, as was my situation). Also, to top it all off, they left me an enormous mess to deal with - I'm talking a mountainous pile of dirt left in the entrance of my driveway, to the extent that the driveway wasn't usable until 6 months later when I eventually used a shovel and rake and spent 4 hours breaking up and evenly spreading the dirt so I could replace the gravel that they hauled away when they did the initial "repair" job.

Sometimes you just have to know who to call. For a stubborn kitchen drain problem, called yesterday afternoon and got great service today. Dwayne Goodrich is my hero. A pro's pro and a great guy. Can't recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor - these guys know their business and do it right. Thank you!

First, thank you Ian and his apprentice, for finally diagnosing problem, assured me he would handle it, and came out and did what he said he would do. He is AWESOME! Second, 5 stars would be my score if I would have had Ian in the first place.
