Prestige NW Restoration

I had a wonderful experience with Prestige NW for my bathroom remodel. David, the project manager was very personable and communicative while he ensured everything got done in a timely manner. The two workers assigned to the job, DJ and Shaun, were also very courteous and respectful while they completed the project I felt comfortable having them in my home. They did a great job and the bathroom looks wonderful! :)

We had our bathroom and laundry room remodeled due to storm damage, and we are very happy with the results! David Stitzel, our project manager, did a fantastic job keeping everything on track and ensuring all the details were perfect. David Merritt and Dustin Hurliman’s craftsmanship and attention to detail really shine in the final product. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home especially during water mitigation, always keeping the site clean and answering our questions along the way. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend this team for any remodeling project or water mitigation. Thanks again to whole team, David Stitzel, David Merritt, Dustin Hurliman, Cassandra Shuh and Andrew (had long hair, helped with mitigation/demo) for a job well done!

After a dishwasher failure, a slow leak did a lot of damage and Prestige has us on the road to recovery. We are finally dried out and ready to rebuild. Thanks to the great crews Troy, Julio, Danielle and Nick who have been working hard dry us out. The temporary sink saved us. Thanks to Casandra, and Tyler who are handling our claim. This is a local company. This is an update to my previous review. Now that our project is complete, the 5 stars are true. We chose to use this as an opportunity to upgrade, and the result is a beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops and subway tile with accents. Our remodeling foreman, David, handled everything beautifully, including his Prestige employees and subcontractors. Sean and DJ rebuilt our cabinets, and Dane and Andrew used their artistic skills to replace and match the laminate floor, as well as the molding. Andrew spent hours on our subway tiles with accents. The result is beautiful. The estimates from David for the upgrades were clear, and we were able to hand pick our new countertops and subway tile on site from the local suppliers. A tragedy turned into a positive remodel that added thousands of dollars of value to our house. Thank you Prestige!

What a blessing, we had the pleasure of working with Dave M, Omar P, Dustin H, and Eric. These young men are amazing, talented, respectful, kind, caring, dedicated, and professional individuals. Prestige NW Restoration is lucky to have these guys.

Thank you Dalton, Carlos, Troy, John, Johny, Seth and Robbie. They all arrived with a smile doing hard jobs. Prestige was one of the most professional contractors that I’ve ever worked with. They followed up with me after the ice storm and throughout the process. They were here right after the plumber made a repair to assess the demolition project. They set up dehumidifiers. They made a special trip to come and remove the mildewed carpet. They followed up weekly or more by phone and text and genuinely cared to get the jobs done. They were thorough and explained the process of this rebuild. They mopped up when they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Best restoration company around. I would give 10 stars. When Serv Pro dropped the ball and didn't help us after the storm, Prestige NW came to the rescue. Carey is knowledgeable and helpful. The mitigation crew of Carlos, Andreas and Johnny were here everyday making sure we were safe from mold and asbestos. Robbie was great in talking me through all the procedures and measured water levels in the drying out process daily. Everyone of them has been awesome to work with. I was told by my insurance company that I didn't have a major water damage claim and it was just regular wear and tear. Update: July 24 2024 I cannot say enough good things about this team. Cassandra Schuh is amazing at dealing with the insurance company adjusters. She knows her stuff. Our project manager, David Stitzel is easy to reach and is so helpful with our questions and managing his team. David Merritt has been wonderful to work with, describes everything he is doing and is kind to my pets. Bobby S has been great as well assisting David M and taking on tough projects here with demo work. I'm so happy that I have had the opportunity to work with this group and company. Andy in the office has been wonderful in dealing with the insurance company as well as far as billing goes. It is finally done. The hold up was our insurance company and not Prestige NW. Shaun did a great job in finishing up with tile backsplash. I'm so happy with the finished product. Highly recommend this company. 15 stars.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everyone at Prestige NW has been excellent. The team was expedite, communicative, professional, and went above and beyond in scope of work. They explained each process and next steps and mitigated between the builder to ensure the issue was addressed and fixed with quality work. I felt my concerns were addressed and my best interest at the forefront of the work. My bathroom tub pipe was defective and flooded my downstairs, including the pantry and flooring. Derek answered the call and was on it immediately. He listened to my concerns, was reassuring, and well-informed about the process. He alerted his team and that same day Carey came to the rescue with drying units and dehumidifiers. He checked all walls and floors with infrared and other tech, outlining the damaged areas. Faddle came to assess the damage and Patrick and Jordan were there the next day to remove flooring and drywall. I appreciated the quality and care of work. Faddle was extremely polite, he laid out paper to ensure no further damage was done to the floors. Jordan and Patrick taped up plastic to ensure other areas still remained as clean as possible before removing drywall and flooring. They ensured the entire damaged area was taken care of. The entire team respected privacy and property and took care to mitigate further damage or evasion of space. Would highly recommend!

Fallen is wonderful! He explains everything he is doing in a way a layman can easily grasp. Very professional and educational, see the reading and pictures helped me understand exactly where it I am in the remediation process. I'd 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
