Robinson Restoration - Portland & Vancouver

Deshawn, Jacob & David worked on our project of cleaning out our crawl space from a leaking kitchen sink. They showed up within an hour of calling them and were prepared to do the work that night, though we scheduled for the next day. They were on time, very personable, professional and thorough. Got us cleaned out in one day and the smell was instantly gone. Would recommend them very highly to anyone who needs a clean up!

Deshawn, Christian and Aldo came out to save the day. These guys maintained quality communication and coordination with contractors on my behalf while I was away from home. Once I returned from vacation my house was in excellent presentation and they cleaned everything once the demo was completed. They also handled all the heavy lifting when it came to my insurance company. Deshawn was on top of everything and made sure I was informed every step of way. On a Saturday afternoon, we discovered a large amount of what we suspected to be blackwater under our home. We immediately started making calls to see who would be willing to come out to our home, in the Columbia Gorge on a Saturday afternoon to help us. We called probably 8 other businesses before we found Robinson Restoration and they agreed to come out. Deshawn arrived ready to jump right in to help. Once he assessed the situation, he told us what to expect and after he left, he sent over an extremely detailed report outlining what to expect from a mitigation standpoint. Our home insurance claims officer went as far as calling out how helpful Deshawn's report is with all the details and photos. The team that showed up to take action David, Harvin, Delfino, and Gabrielle arrived ready to "dive right in." The situation was awful, 4-6" of sewage in a tiny crawl space. Nevertheless, this team jumped in and had great attitudes about the situation. They did an excellent job ensuring that they did all they could to protect our home and belongings. The team took precautions such as lining our floor with protection and wrapping the sewage hoses with clean plastic. While the project is still ongoing at this time, I feel much more at ease with Robinson Restoration, and specifically Deshawn, Delfino, David, Harvin, and Gabrielle working to restore our home. Thank you, for all that you do. It isn't easy or fun work, but you make a difference in the lives of your customers!

Robinson Restoration was a great company to work with especially when you are under stress with a difficult situation. They took control of my bathroom flood. Cleared and cleaned the area and dried it out in record time. They were very punctual. They answered any questions I had and assisted in filing with the insurance company. I highly recommend them for any difficulty you may have. James Spady was so helpful.He took the time to explain the entire process. If I needed clarification he was rite there explaining the process. I am grateful for all the help he gave me.

Deshaun came out and was very professional, friendly and informative …and took us through the steps for restoration! We fell like we are in good hands! Also wanted to add that the following employees did a fantastic job overseeing our project, deconstruction, cleanup, etc. They are: Jamaica, Anthony, Jose, Joseph …. and any others that I may have forgotten. Had a leak in a pipe in the attic damage my walk-in closet, master bathroom, and garage. This happened Saturday morning, Jake came out early to assess and another few folks (sorry I don't recall their names) removed some of the damaged ceiling so the plumber could find the leak. Jamaica and Jacob came out the next day (Sunday) to set up additional dehumidifiers and such. Nathan was the project manager on Monday, and Juan and Giovanni handled the rest of the deconstruction and dehumidifier setup over the next few days. They did a good job and were very friendly and easy to work with

Eddie, Jamaica, Jeremiah, Ken, and Jason—were absolutely amazing! From the moment Eddie walked in, he brought a calm, “we’ve got this” energy that instantly made me feel better about everything. He led the team with total confidence, making sure every detail was taken care of. No question was too small, no concern too big—Eddie handled it all with professionalism and a sense of humor (which is crucial when you’re dealing with someone like me!). Jamaica was incredible at keeping everything organized and making sure my constant questions were answered, and Jeremiah, Ken, and Jason worked like a dream team to get the job done efficiently and perfectly. But honestly, Eddie deserves an award for his patience with me. I’m not exactly a “hands-off” kind of person, and I’m sure I threw a wrench or two into their plans with my interruptions and curiosity. But Eddie made me feel like I was part of the process instead of a problem, and for that, I’ll be forever grateful. -Lori

I couldn’t have asked for a better group to handle my concerns. My Grandmother had a burst pipe under the house, these guys were there to do an estimate in under 90 minutes and came out the next day to remediate the subsequent damage. They worked with my insurance company and sent photos all along the way. Top notch project leads and thorough individuals.
