Austin was the gentleman that showed up and fixed our hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and explained exactly what he thought the issue was and how the process worked. Austin let me know I’m welcome to call him or text him if we have any further problems in the future with our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They drove all the way out to Stevenson Washington from Vancouver WA to service our hot water heater.

Their drivers are scary. One of their vans was tailgating me on the freeway then passed me and cutt me off, almost hitting my front bumper. Van 13 going north on i5 around 4:30. I hope you don’t harm anyone while you’re going 90 mph on a 70mph freeway. If the company reads this, I have the license plate if you actually want to have safe drivers.
