Austin was the gentleman that showed up and fixed our hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and explained exactly what he thought the issue was and how the process worked. Austin let me know Iām welcome to call him or text him if we have any further problems in the future with our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They drove all the way out to Stevenson Washington from Vancouver WA to service our hot water heater.
