Had an amazing experience with Christian at Cascade Clean Water! After our water pipes started to literally screech, I called several places to get a diagnosis and work done. Christian was prompt with a response back and set me up with an appointment the same day. He came out and within minutes, diagnosed my problem, ran to the store to purchase the necessary supplies, and was back to make the repairs. He replaced a faulty water pressure valve as well as our overfull water heater extension tank quickly, and we are now back to having quiet pipes with a better flow. We discovered a small leak when we were repairing drywall. Christian came right out and solved the problem. Friendly, fast and professional and answered all my questions. UPDATE: After this small repair, we hired Christian to repipe our house. His bid was very reasonable and he and his helper were able to get the job done for us on a very tight schedule. Great experience! I was replacing my water heater and ran into a problem I couldn't fix. I called Christian and he was at my house the same afternoon to get me up and running. He walked me through the potential problems then started testing each solution, starting with the least expensive first. He provided same-day service, that was friendly and efficient, I'll definitely call again!

Christian saved my family! Well, that may be a bit dramatic, but on a Sunday afternoon my 16 yr old water heater failed and MULTIPLE 24 hr shops didn't have anyone available. When I called Sound, Christian picked up and jumped into action. I was able to send pics of my existing setup and after discussing options and price, he was on the way with my new 50gal water heater. He arrived promptly out to Hillsboro and got to work. There were a few hiccups with my existing system that didn't match with what was being installed, but he ran to the hardware store to pick up the necessary parts and finished the replacement. My 2 and 4 year old were able to get their night-time baths shortly after he left and we'll have hot water for my wife and I in the AM. Thank you Christian!

Contacted Christian at 4:45 and the drain tech was here in 30 minutes! Did a great job unclogging the toilet. Clean, friendly, thorough. Will contact again!
