United Water & Air

Our Eco Water system was installed in 2013 by the previous owner. When we moved into the house in 2017, we discovered our system had been installed incorrectly. In the ensuing years we have been trying to debug the system ourselves, the installation contractor was totally incompetent and was no help. Until United Water & Air took over the EcoWater servicing contract we were totally lost. Then we were blessed with Arron Putnam (President of United W&A) to the rescue! Since having them perform our service they have successfully corrected the installation and operation errors the previous contractor burdened us with. Most recently we had Zac out to perform a final correction to our system. Excellent work. The President of United W&A, Aaron Putnam has provided unending support in getting our system fixed once and for all. We give them a whole-hearted 5* review. Bravo United!!

I noticed my water softener was constantly running. I called United and was told someone would call me back. Aaron called back very quickly. He walked me through putting my system on bypass, which was not an easy task, until someone could come out. An appointment was scheduled for today. Joey and Jordan showed up. They explained what was wrong with the water softener as well as the cost involved. I actually considered just not using the system anymore but after testing my water and talking to them I decided to go ahead with the repair. There was no pressure on their part and they did a great job of explaining everything. I was even given a suggestion about the best salt type for my system. Upon doing the repair they could see that an entire piece of the equipment had broken off. I would definitely recommend United Water & Air.

I got quotes from many companies before going with United Water & Air. Their prices are comparable with other companies but their equipment and costumer service is way better. Really happy we went with them. Our water feels and smells great, no longer self conscious about it! My neighbors who went with other companies can still smell their water but we feel line were on city water, it's great!

We had a great experience with United, they came out exactly when and how they said they would, they worked efficiently and communicated perfectly. The job was completed with necessary adjustments, leaving us with a perfectly working whole house softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system!! I give them my highest rating!!

I was having an issue with my softener system. When I called to get an appointment, I was informed that my service was transferred to United Water. I contacted them and was told that they could send someone out pretty quick. Joe, their technician, showed up and was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided a recommendation to better the system for our usage. All in terms that were easily understandable. With the great customer service from the office, I highly recommend giving them an opportunity for your business, as they also provide plumbing and HVAC services.

We recently decided to update our water system as our EcoWater system was old enough that service and parts became an issue. Also hoped to lose the chlorine injection pump system. The team from United Water & Air came out promptly to assess the equipment needed, tested our water, etc. then returned within a few days with the install team and new components. The install was easily done in one day (and we also opted to have them replace two hot water heaters). There was an issue with the service they use for credit card transactions, but it was resolved within minutes to our satisfaction. Overall, we were very comfortable with every aspect of the job, including, of course, the quality of the workmanship and their attention to every detail. Connor claims to have a "passion for water" and that clearly shows. We were impressed enough that we signed up for the "whole home" maintenance service.

My experience with United Water & Air has been fantastic. They were on time and professional for the consultation appointment; appreciate that they weren’t into high pressure sales. The install team for my water refiner (softener) were great. Again, they were on time, professional and efficient. Everything was accomplished in about two hours. Appreciate that they were respectful of my home. Highly recommend.
