Dryworx was a pleasure to work with during an unpleasant time. They arrived promptly, advised on the extent of the damage and set up dehumidifiers. Their technicians were very communicative and made it easy to understand what all needed to be done. We opted to avoid homeowners insurance, Dryworx was extremely reasonable in their pricing and the explanation of services were transparent. Had a serious flood in our basement from a toilet malfunction. Our homeowners insurance put USA Water Restoration in touch with us they were very responsive and a pleasure to work especially while we were working through some issues with the home owners insurance company. We’ve had our homeowners insurance through Safeco Insurance company which is now Liberty Mutual for over 30 years. First major claim with them and service was horrible. Couldn’t get anyone to return calls. Finally after back and forth for close to three weeks were able to have USA Water Restoration start the repair process which involved partial wall removal and then running drying equipment to get the basement completely dry. During the drying process Devon was in daily contact and came by daily to check on the drying progress. Devon like everyone else we have met from this company was a real pleasure to work with. Unlike the previously mentioned homeowners insurance company Devon always promptly responded to my text messages and always showed up when he said he would unless there was an unexpected delay and if there was he always informed us with a text message. Highly recommend this company if you ever have a flood. Will update my review after the restoration is complete.

Elijah and his team did a great job at a very reasonable price. He took care of all the details, made great recommendations and our bathroom was reconstructed with top quality materials by true craftsmen. We had all kinds of issues with the Flow Guard Gold CPVC water pipe and he arrived quickly to address the issues and set up drying equipment. Devon was great!! He clearly explained and educated us about where and how water collected under the floor and up the walls when our refrigerator ice maker water line failed. He showed us the moisture readings daily and he and his crew always kept the kitchen area clean and spotless before leaving each day. We felt very taken care of and enjoyed getting to know him and the team. I highly recommend USA Restoration!

We hired Elijah and his crew several times, for full kitchen remodel, wood floor install, luxury vinyl floor install, and new doors installed. Not flood damage restoration but the work is similar. What a great crew! They are skilled craftspeople at the detailed level (finish work). Responsive, on time, fair prices. Reliable. Highly recommended.
