They are expensive. I scheduled an appointment on Monday morning for a burst pipe. The appointment was not on holiday or after hours. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in under 2 hours, including ~45 minutes of driving to get the necessary parts for repair. The cause of the problem was a plastic pipe, as you can see in the attached photo. They replaced it with 12 inches of 1/2" copper pipe (which can be seen in the attached photo) and billed $1365 (I paid $1473, including taxes). I have worked with many contractors before but have never felt ripped off that badly. I do not suggest working with them in emergent situations. However, you can consider them for non-emergent projects since their craftsmanship is good. You can get an estimate for your project and work with them if you find their price reasonable.

John and brady were excellent. John had great communication and and showed up on time. They installed my water heater quickly even though things needed to be moved since it went in a tight spot. Would highly recommend 1-tom plumber. Thanks again

Where do I even start? The first gentleman I spoke with, Phil, was an absolutely lovely human being. Then he had plumber Brady at my house within a couple of hours, even though it was not remotely an emergency. Brady was knowledgeable, thorough and a delight to have in our house. We went with 1-Tom-Plumber in the first place because of all of the great reviews on Nextdoor, and I’m really glad we did. It’s never fun to have to pay for home maintenance, but it’s definitely less painful when you have a great experience.

I was very pleased with the service and price for getting a busted copper pipe repaired that was in the crawl space. I had another company come out to give an estimate and that company was so overpriced and couldn’t give a reasonable estimate. Brady had come out to do the estimate and had explained the plumbing issue and what needed to be done to repair it. I felt he was very honest and professional so when I called back to set up the repair appointment I asked for Brody and took the next available appointment. He was polite and showed me pictures of the repair (& emailed them to me as well). I will definitely call 1-Tom Plumbing again for any other plumbing issues in the future.

We just bought a home and needed a plumber to verify the inspection findings. Curt spent a lot of time examining the plumbing system, offered solutions, and even thought of things that were not on the inspection report. He was very thorough and shared his expertise with me to help me understand the homes plumbing system.

John and Kirk were excellent, efficient and on time. Focused on customer service, they explained everything beforehand and as the work was in progress. 1Tom- Plumber’s pricing is very reasonable and for all the reasons above, they are now my go to. Highly recommend.

Sean always does great work whenever he comes out. Super upfront about the prices and how to prevent future problems. He walked me through each repair and was friendly with all my pets. Highly recommend 1-Tom and especially Sean if you can get him. Loved the pink plunger too. Thanks 1-Tom!!
