The service technician just left. Was he on time? No. HE WAS EARLY! Did he do good work? No. He did GREAT work! Work was finished in less than 90 minutes and looks GREAT. Elijah was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I'd expect to pay more for this world-class service but nope, even the price was GREAT! Thanks so much! We needed a new water heater because ours was getting pretty old. Midwest Water Heater provided fast, friendly, and excellent service. Price was great, too. So happy and thankful that there are still companies like this out there. Thank you! Very highly recommend!

Yesterday, we came to a point where we needed our hot water heater replaced in the very near future due to its age and it was starting to leak. We called Midwest Water Heater and left a message explaining our situation. Brian immediately called us back, explained the hot water heaters that were available, supplied us with pricing and stated someone could be out between 4pm and 5pm that same afternoon! This was so accommodating it took us a minute or two after the call to comprehend this - needless to say, we were beyond happy to hear this! Elijah soon arrived as scheduled; he shook our hands as he happily greeted us with a smile. We recently had new carpeting installed, so he removed his shoes upon entering our home. Elijah was extremely outgoing, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and patiently answered all our questions. The hot water heater we purchased is a quality product and was very reasonable priced. We were extremely pleased with the personnel, product and excellent service provided by Midwest Water Heater!

My water heater started leaking (on a Saturday, of course) so I called a local company for a repair or replacement estimate. The number he gave me made me gasp, so on Monday I contacted Midwest Water Heater. After working out details with Brian, Elijah came out and did a great job installing a new water heater, and saved me over $1800 from the initial estimate. I cannot recommend Midwest Water Heater highly enough…kudos!

Brian is a master plumber and his work speaks for itself. Called him in the morning, had new water heater installed in the afternoon. He may not be the cheapest service provider out there, but you will not be disappointed in the superb quality of work he does.

I'm so glad I found Midwest Water Heater online when my tenant's water heater went out late at night. Brian was very helpful and sent someone out the next day. I was very impressed with Elijah. He did an excellent job installing and removing the water heaters all by himself. He also answered all of my questions and took the extra time to tell me how to flush out the tank. I will definitely call them again when my other water heater goes out. Very satisfied with them.

Great company and great people!!!! Service was excellent. The hot water heater went out and they were able to come and put in a brand new one right away! Very reasonable prices and explained everything.
