Very pleased with Wright Plumbing. Brian is very knowledgeable and worked with us to get the setup we desperately needed. They replaced our water heater and added a water softener. The team that came out was very courteous, professional, and the install looks very clean. I would definitely recommend Wright Plumbing!

Wright Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing contractor who no longer works on water heaters. Brian responded to my message in less than an hour. Got sent a second bill after the first was paid in full. Cannot get a phone or email reply after many attempts to contact. These people are impossible to get ahold for any issue beside new work orders. Second message: after talking with the folks at Wright Plumbing we discussed the problems of contacting them on issues other than setting up a repair date. I am a long time customer of this business and have relied on their good responses and services, especially considering the difficult location of my farm. I have no grievances with Wright Plumbing's work. I will assume they have updated their contact information to include direct email.

Update: Brian finally called me back. And I realize how busy everyone is but really all I expect is communication. I had a few small plumbing issues at my old house. Talked to Wright and said they would stop over. Waited 3 weeks and no show. Called again and did not get back to me. Terrible service! At least give me the courtesy to let me know they couldn’t or wouldn’t do the job.

Had never used Wright Plumbing before. Contacted them via the web for a couple of wobbly toilets. They called me back the following Monday and sent someone out same day to solve my issues. They were quick and easy to deal with. Will certainly use them again.

We purchased our house from our inlaws who used the Wright family for many years. We continue to use them and have always been satisfied with the service, especially for emergencies. We are very thankful and appreciative of their work.

Brian helped troubleshoot a septic alarm we had in the middle of the night. He promptly returned my call on a Sunday morning and was extremely helpful, I learned a lot about my system during our conversation. I would recommend Brian and team to anyone in the area that needs to address septic issues.

While they certainly have experience and ability to troubleshoot issues, Brian is very unprofessional with his conduct towards customers. I raised a concern and he immediately blamed me for not telling him as soon as I noticed a problem and called me a liar. Came to my house to address the issue and verbally assaulted me in my own home for raising the concern. Would not recommend at all to anyone.
