I'm not sure why people leave one star reviews for J. O. Plumbing not being able to return phone calls. If you want the work done / get an estimate - call again! I'm sure they get loads of scam calls like the rest of us anyway, so call the best plumber Indian county back! They are always courteous, meticulous (great quality work) and very thorough! I recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.
