To say that we are happy with what we had done is an understatement. Taylor and Jody did so much work in our house to get us clean, soft, hot water with pressure!! They were fast (less than a day) and Jacob came out for a follow up visit 2 days later. I also need to add that Katie was exceptional on the scheduling and keeping us up on a daily basis for the equipment that was ordered. THANK YOU ALL!!

Taylor and Kaiti from 1-Tom Plumber were great to work with. Katie was great with communication and to get everything scheduled at the right time. Taylor was our technician and was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job removing and replacing our broken shower faucet, fixtures, and related plumbing. Would definitely reach out to them again!
