To say that we are happy with what we had done is an understatement. Taylor and Jody did so much work in our house to get us clean, soft, hot water with pressure!! They were fast (less than a day) and Jacob came out for a follow up visit 2 days later. I also need to add that Katie was exceptional on the scheduling and keeping us up on a daily basis for the equipment that was ordered. THANK YOU ALL!!

Taylor and Kaiti from 1-Tom Plumber were great to work with. Katie was great with communication and to get everything scheduled at the right time. Taylor was our technician and was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job removing and replacing our broken shower faucet, fixtures, and related plumbing. Would definitely reach out to them again!

I recently had a leaking toilet issue due to a bad wax ring and reached out to a few plumbing companies for pricing and availability. I decided to go with 1Tom Plumber of Madison, and I’m so glad I did! They were able to send someone to my home within the hour, which was impressive given the urgency of the situation. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for what felt like an emergency to me. Kaiti, the manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as she talked me through the initial process. Soon after our call, I received a text introducing Jacob, the plumber who would be handling my issue, complete with a photo. This thoughtful touch really reassured me—it’s nice to know who to expect, especially in today’s world! Jacob arrived promptly and was one of the best plumbers I've encountered. He was polite, efficient, and got right to work. Within minutes, he had my toilet removed, the new wax ring installed, and the toilet replaced. What impressed me even more was that he took the time to examine my toilet for any potential damages that I might not have noticed. His thoroughness was greatly appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t recommend 1Tom Plumber of Madison enough! I will definitely be using their services in the future and recommending them to all my friends. Plus, Jacob’s kindness extended to my dog, Beau, who got some love and attention during the visit. It’s these little things that make the experience even better. Thank you, 1Tom Plumber and Jacob!

I had an excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. When I had an issue with my sink, they were able to schedule a visit quickly. Jake, the technician, was prompt, professional, and very informative. He not only fixed the problem but also explained how to diagnose similar issues in the future and the next steps to more permanently resolved it in the future. His friendly demeanor and communication made the whole process delightful. I’m thoroughly pleased with the service and would highly recommend them! Edit: I just got further service with Jody which continues my excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. He was incredibly friendly and very experienced. They continue to provide excellent service!

We had a shower valve that wouldn’t turn off. It was a scary experience being new homeowners and not entirely understanding the issue. I was able to book online the night of and they called me the next morning to confirm the appointment. This was really important since our water had to be shut off during this process and we were going into the weekend. When they sent the technician out to our house they provided a photo of who to expect which was a really nice touch. Jacob arrived and was super friendly and professional from the get go. He made sure to keep shoe covers on when going throughout the house and was really great with our two dogs. He kept me updated throughout the process with what was going on. He was also very transparent about the cost of the service and parts/repair from the beginning. Jacob was in and out within an hour and the shower handle works better than it did prior to the issue. Highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber for all your plumbing needs. They were amazing! And highly recommend Jacob specifically.

Taylor did an awesome job and is a super guy. Granted, what we needed was fairly simple--needed a new sink disposal and toilet innards replaced. But his attention to details and doing the job right definitely shown brightly. Very much appreciated!

Their work is excellent. They came right away when others wouldn't. Helped me to get the other resources for the flooding. Came back to finish after the renovation after the flood. It was a horrible situation but they put our family at ease and would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done.
