Matt of Benjamin Plumbing did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a great work ethic. He was personable and efficient. Can't say enough nice things about him.

I placed a service request online and got a quick automated response that I would receive a call back soon. Two days later I called and had to set an appointment that could not happen for four additional days. Tech arrived on time spent less than 10 min in my home to only tell me that they do not work on private wells. They did not have this information on their website or did the person answering the phone tell me this. I did specifically state online and to the person on the phone that my issue may be with my pressure tank. They did charge my credit card for the service call $131.88 Last money this company will get from me. Only reason for 1star is that Google would not let me give no stars. Invoice # i7836

A bit disappointed that they didn't arrive within the 4 hour window, or inform me when to expect them. However, they did a wonderful job installing a shut off valve and replacing a kitchen faucet. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and done quickly. Totally worth the wait!!! Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I've enjoyed working with Benjamin Plumbing for many years. Their service people are ultimate professionals, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. They've taught me how to avoid common plumbing problems using simple maintenance techniques. The cost of service is very reasonable. I won't call anyone else - even if it means waiting a couple of days for them.

When I bought a house, there was a 10+ year old in sink disposal. It stopped working about a year later, and I called Benjamin Plumbing to see if they could fix or replace it. They were able to get it running, but I had them install a new one anyway. They were done in under 20 minutes and for a reasonable price!

Ben was very nice. He took care to wear the shoe covers while in the house. He explained everything about our situation and even called to have someone come to give us an estimate on work he recommended we get to solve our issue.

The good people at Benjamin Plumbing were able to quickly order a replacement kitchen faucet that met our needs. The installer arrived at the earlier part of the service window, went straight to work and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. We no longer have to worry about a faucet failure on turkey day. We would certainly contact Benjamin another time for our plumbing needs.
