Excellent service, cardinal helped me to install whole home humidifier. I got free estimation first, once I said ok with the estimation, guys came and installed. Folks are very friendly, professional, I liked the service.

Replacement of water heater. Mason was absolutely wonderful! Very respectful; very nice. He answered any and all questions that I had...he went above and beyond for an A++ experience! He was on time...and completed job in time frame that he gave. Clean up and all! This was first time with Cardinal...I will definitely call again; if need be. Highly recommend.!

Today we had a new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat installed by Hunter and Hunter. They arrived promptly at the time we were given the day before. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and skills. They are extremely friendly and everything went smooth from removing the old units to the finished install. I was extremely impressed with how well they cleaned everything up. They took the time to have us set up the app on our phone and connect the units as well as showing us the new filter and have us try it also since it’s quite different than the old one. I highly recommend these two and Cardinal Heating!

We are wholeheartedly impressed with Cardinal and so happy to share our why. We were immediately thrilled when they had a technician, Cole, to our house first thing in the morning. We were impressed even more when we received a message before his arrival with his name, picture, and a short biography. Cole was amazing! He was fast, efficient, personable, informative, and I felt comfortable having him in our home. Cardinal had the replacement part on hand that was needed for our furnace AND, even more impressive, had someone deliver it to Cole at our house instead of putting the job on hold for a day. While waiting for the part to arrive, Cole could have stayed in his nice warm vehicle, understandably so, but he chose to stay in our freezing basement to take the unit apart so that it was ready for the new part upon arrival. You are really doing things right, Cardinal! We appreciate you and Cole! Buy that young man a Snickers candy bar :)

Our furnace went out in our "new to us" home and of course being new home Owners and not knowing what to do , we called Cardinal. From start to finish everybody was amazing! Super fast service. Honest and up front about what we needed and what we didn't. The guys were so helpful and professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result--a warm and cozy home in a Wisconsin winter ♥️♥️

My husband and I had issues with our furnace so I called Cardinal Sunday afternoon and they were able to schedule an appointment for me Monday afternoon. Cardinal sent me text updates to let me know when someone would be available to help, and sent a profile description of who would be coming over to work on my furnace. Garrett from Cardinal was very professional and was able to explain everything to us in great detail. Highly recommend, Cardinal gained a member today!

Excellent service! They keep you updated with texts and phone calls when a technician will arrive complete with a picture and bio. Our tech Austin quickly diagnosed the issue with our shower and had it fixed in less an 30 minutes. No mess, no fuss, and reasonably priced! Will definitely use again!
