Not a happy customer. Yes, they called and came out within the time they said they’d be here, but they didn’t have the proper equipment to analyze the root cause of the problem. They left a huge mess for me to clean up. (See pictures) They were only here for less than an hour. Would not recommend them to do the any job. The only thing they cleaned up was the sanitary tub. Vehicle is unmarked and they don’t have the a business attire with name or card. They had no paper receipt and the electronic paperwork was not working properly either.

Rick and Mike were great. They called before coming and were right on time. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. The installs of my toilets went smooth as silk. Both Rick and Mike cleaned up so well it's like you never knew they were here. Price was absolutely perfect as well. Will definitely be referring people to Rick and Mike at Discount Drain & Sewer Cleaning. Thanks again for great service which is so hard to find now days.

We had a sewer backup in our basement that we noticed on Friday at 10:30pm, I called around on Saturday morning and was having trouble finding someone who could get out to us before Monday afternoon. I called this company and they knew what I needed right away and were out to us before 12pm today (Saturday). They were quick, friendly, informative and VERY reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again!

He did terrible job. He just did on Wednesday 2/24/21, today leak all over. Call back but he did not answer the phone. He did charge too much. Poor job and cost too much. Don't call him to fix your water pipe, you will end up with trouble

They responded fast and treated our issue on Sunday for cheap. They removed the build up in out pipes and everything works well.
